They probably don't have the money to move (I don't know if visa issues are a thing between NA<>KR, I imagine it would be less than KR<>EU). Plus language barriers are a pretty big deal.

Wut? Insec was originally jungler... and he was an amazing top laner as well. moving him back to jungle isn't so terrible, but it just feels that the team doesn't have a generally strong choice of direction right now, in regards to how team plays out the games.
