I think the weakest group is C, a lot of unproven teams, and I'm not even impressed with MP after they lost Polbelter and Light Sludge. Group B lucks out the most since they only have to play Group C teams in the first part of the bracket stage, whoever takes 1/2 in Group B are almost guaranteed to qualify for LCS imo. That said, group stage predictions: Group A: Curse, Brunch Club Group B: FeaR GGU Group C: MP Falafel (NO idea with this group, didn't watch enough of the online qualifiers to get a gauge of their skill) Group D: Cloud 9 MRN Qualify for LCS: FeaR, GGU, Curse, Cloud 9, Brunch Club On January 11 2013 04:47 wei2coolman wrote: TD (GGU) been looking pretty weak as of recent, they use to be able easily take games off of top NA teams, but now they've been getting stomped on pretty hard. Part of the reason I went GGU is because I'm biased against Westrice because I'm still bitter about his lackluster performances on Curse haha. That said, I think whoever gets 2nd in Group B should have a pretty easy time beating the 2nd team from Group C, regardless of whether it's GGU or EpiK. | ||

Dan might not be the most mechanically sound player, but he's one hell of a captain. I wouldn't even be surprised if EpiK maybe take 1st in that group; but it'll really depend on their preparation in these recent weeks. Westrice will be god in S3. Assassins super fucking strong in s3. He has 70% winrate with zed in soloqueue (yeah it's solo queue, but it's proof at his skill with assassins) | ||
