Is it just me, or did Curse kinda get the short end of the stick in the big three-way merry-go-round of transfers a few months back? Or is it something else. They've just been... so underwhelming. No way they're going to make top 3 in the NA Regional Qualifiers like this.
They only scrimmed one team to prep for the arena (that was dignitas earlier this week)

Kinda the opposite of Snoopeh. I often question his "laning phase" but he shines in team fights.

Chaox and xspecial zoned janna a lot better than Cop and elementz, Curse just kept pushing the lane and letting vlad farm under tower.

On TSM Lulu, Xpecial doesn't play her much. afaik, I don't think Xpecial has ever picked her in a tournament setting. It's much easier to pick up Blaze's playstyle, as a team, than to ask a player to play a champion outside his comfort zone. I don't know man, a lot of Curse games I see is Saint being the only one making plays for them while every lane is losing. It's hard to look good as a jungler if all your lanes are weak. In game one Saint out-jungled Odd One big time but no one noticed that because the rest of Curse was failing.
I guess you do have to take it from a team perspective. Curse's top and bot lanes are so god damn weak right now, maybe that's what's also making saint look bad. Nothing he can do if his lanes are already herp derping. Like Shake says, even Crumbz looks superior as of late and Crumbz rotated roles from before.

Losing Westrice doesn't exactly help Curse here either.
Pobelter has been playing mostly mid with his new team(Meat Playground, who beat Curse in IPL and have qualified for MLG Summer) and even though he's still a good top laner, West is the one living with them(also champ overlap not especially high).

Kinda the opposite of Snoopeh. I often question his early / mid game but he shines in team fights. See that's my point though. How much of that can you put on the junglers vs their lanes. Of course Saint is gonna look bad in teamfights when his lanes are weak. On the other hand Snoopeh's lanes are great and usually winning.

Good assessment. Snoopeh strikes me as "always there are the right time" kind of jungler. A testament to CLG.eu's communication, if you will.

There is not much you can do as a jungler when all 3 of your lanes are losing.

If I had to criticize one thing about saint, it'd be his predictability. His style really hasn't changed since a year ago. Playstyle inflexibility can definitely be a bad thing.

I thought people werent allowed to sub for other teams anymore unless they left their team?

Yeah he used to have a large champ pool but since the game has changed there are only a couple champs he can play well enough to carry. I hope he works more on his Nocturne and picks up another jungler.

Meat Playground has yet to compete in a Circuit event, so Pobelter can still be a sub for Curse. If they get circuit points at MLG Summer, he should no longer be an eligible sub for Curse until he leaves MP.
Also, this isn't a circuit event, so I don't think roster rules apply.

Kennen+Vlad too fuckin stronk. Such a strong combination with so much sustain in a fight. Add in Soraka ult and they never die.

Ugh *face desk* Saint is wasted on Curse at this rate, what a horrid end of a day.
From what I've seen, Curse can not figure out how to team fight even if they do well coming out of lanes, they must set records for fastest ways to throw a game from a lead just by getting into a fight near an objective.
This game was just disgustingly one sided.

Dan makes an interesting point, every team in this tournament that has been swapped has not even bothered to counter swap, they've just accepted it every time.

Curse go 0-3
better bench Elementz!

Might be a nooby question but it seemed like TSM had people split off from their team when they were chilling in front of Crs's base. Why didn't Crs just go all in when they saw that kennen/vlad/whoever were pushing a different lane.
