Worst champ I've had so far was Mordekaiser though. I should switch to Flash when I get him because he's just so bad at reaching people that he's basically useless in ARAM where most teams should have pretty generous amounts of cc. If he can't get a good ghost (no AD auto-ing champs in the enemy team) he loses a lot of his power, and he's easy as pie to kite, while unable to build glass-cannon because he'd get exploded anyway. He's much too reliant on his team to bring cc, initiation and burst to allow him to reach a target and ult it before it just runs away. | ||

I build him tank/cdr AP. A bit longer build up time, but later on much stronger - I've found games with Alistar to either be an early stomp due to the brokenly strong early game sustain or stall fest where enemy team can handle it. | ||

At least Jax and/or Irelia can ham initiate, or dive and stick to people, but Olaf can't do that, and he lacks burst (since he'll max E second). Maybe I should just build Mallet and Bulwark and hope they let me sit on them autoing while burst flies around. Plus there isn't warmogs. :< | ||

Build him for CDR, try not to take damage. Q/E harass until you have to all-in. Once you all in, blow everything and try to take as many down as you can. He works really really really well with shield-chars who can extend his life when his HP is low. Start Horn/Boots (Alternative start is 2 rejuv beads, boots, doran's shield + pots) Kindlegem Brutalizer Merc Treads Spirit Visage Kindlegem Giant's Belt/Locket depending on gold Randuin's Rearrange depending on AD or AP heavy enemies. Start Q, Q, E, W. Then R > Q > E > W. Rearrange E and Q priority depending on if they are building armor early. Early Game: Q spam & use Horn to get in range and E, then disengage. Q does so much damage. Use it to push waves and slow people for the team to land skillshot followups. Mid Game: You put out incredible damage in a teamfight. Forcing an all-in will work out in your favor depending on comp. Continue to Q spam and E->Disengage with horn. Late Game: You are very very hard to kill and do a lot of damage. Your Q still does good damage, but not so much vs other bruisers or tanks. If you can hit a squishy, do it. However, it's mostly utility and pushing at this point. If you can chain Q's by picking the axe up then it helps. Summoners: Barrier/Ghost Use barrier when at low hp and only during melee engages if you can help it to whore out his passive. (Make sure to use locket before barrier as barrier last 2 seconds and locket lasts 5. Shields are LIFO) Save ghost for all-in's with his R | ||

Everytime I see AP Taric, or AP Alistar, I'm sure the player has no idea - they just get blown to bits instead of being the tanky frontliners they could (and should) be instead. I laugh at AP Soraka builds and just kill them once they get close, but tanky support Soraka is one of the scariest things to see, shredding the MR of your hapless teammates that neglected to build any. The only big AP item I see myself building on most of these champs is Athene's Unholy Grail - you have that chalice from the early game, and CDR is very valuable for ARAM. After that, support's the way to go - Bulwark/Locket if I need to, Shurelia's/Twin Shadows/Frozen Heart/Shard otherwise. Here's where you can use GP10s, and building them early gives you an advantage. Mix in some Sheen variant for Sona. I may not deal a lot of damage, but I'll make sure no one around me dies. | ||

AP is very very strong on Janna, Sona, Lulu. AP is crap on Alistar and Taric, better to just be as tanky as possible. Soraka is good with AP, but should be tanky and focused on survivability for stacking starfall. | ||
