hi i just started LoL and read some articles but that's all
So i wanted to ask wat is the the difference between ap and ad.
When do you decide to kill the monsters in the forest and what's the benefit from it, i know that they give you the blue and red "buff" but i don't know what that exactly is

thanks in advance

AP stands for Ability Power. It is one of the two explicit "ability scaling" stats (along with AD) in that many abilities in the game gain damage as you gain Ability Power. Abilities that scale with Ability Power have a green/blue (teal?) number in the tooltip that reflects how much extra damage you are doing based on the AP-increasing items you have (such as Rabadon's Deathcap). The term "AP mid" reflects the role of most high-AP-scaling Champions: as bursty, cooldown-oriented mages. Classic examples of AP mages are Annie and Ryze, while more contemporary ones include Lissandra, Ziggs, or Zyra.

AD stands for Attack Damage. Attack Damage improves the strength of your auto-attacks. Buying AD-increasing items, such as Bloodthirster, means you hit harder when you right-click, making it easier to melt Champions, demolish turrets, or last-hit minions. Originally, AP was the only way to improve the scaling of most abilities, but AD-scaling damage on abilities is more and more common in today's designs. Abilities that scale with Attack Damage have a red/orange number in the tooltip that reflects how much extra damage you are doing based on your AD-increasing items (like Infinity Edge). In Champion selection, this term is most used for "AD Carries," Champions who do heavy damage based on their ability to quickly dish out right-click damage. Champions like Lucian, Sivir, Graves, and Varus fall under this category. There are also AD-scaling bruisers or assassins in the game now, such as Darius, Riven, or Zed, all of whom have AD scaling abilities.

Many of the monsters in the jungle just give you gold, but the Ancient Golem (Blue Buff Camp) and the Lizard Elder (Red Buff Camp) also net you special benefits. I'll just link the LoL wiki pages for these details.

The Ancient Golem and Blue Buff.
The Lizard Elder and Red Buff.

Ap means "Ability Power", and increases the damage you do with (most) spells.

AD means "Attack Damage" and increases the damage you do with your basic rightclick.

Furthermore, champions that focus on abilities are then called "AP" champions, and champions which focus on AD are AD champions. Some abilities scale with AD, some very rare ones scale with other random shit like armor or mana. As a rough guess, if something feels magic-y it is probably AP. If the scaling number is blue, it is AP. If it is yellowbrown, it is AD scaling.

When to kill something in the jungle is not a simple question to answer. Generally speaking, you kill stuff in the jungle when you got nothing better to do and don't lose stuff in lane while doing so, or if you are the dedicated jungler (guy that kills jungle monsters for a living and sometimes shows up in lanes to gank)

Blue buff gives mana regeneration and cooldown reduction.

Red buff gives a slowing dot on your basic attacks.

You can find out stuff like that by mouseovering the buff icons.

Except for buffs, jungle minions also give money and experience, so if you don't lose minions in lane while killing something in the jungle you get basically bonus gold. Usually this is the mid char farming wraiths (the small ghosts) on either side.

Armor for AD, MR for Magic. That's the rule!

Could someone please explain to me what exactly are League of Legends mechanics? Could someone go in-depth about what each one is and how can one improve on them?

Does this imply things such as map awareness, last hits, champion control? Just clarifying.

To be more specific, physical damage is decreased by armor, magic damage is decreased by magic resistance. There are skills which scale with AD, like Gragas Body Slam, yet do magical damage, which is of course reduced by magic resistance.

Mechanics mainly refers to last hitting, attack moving, skill shot accuracy, and positioning.

Mostly what you call champion control and last hits, yes. Not map awareness. It's basically the way you use your champion in a fight.

how are you supposed to jungle so that you don't fall behind in lvling? The champion is so weak at level 1 he can't kill any of the jungle monsters.

First, if you're on a lower leveled account, jungling is a lot harder. Runes and masteries speed up your jungling significantly.
Second, it's common practice to get help from your teammates to clear the first buff camp. Don't rely on this at lower levels, tho.
Third, some champions are much better suited to jungling than others.

To get fighting power. With a dorans shield, unless they majorly fuck up they are pretty much guaranteed to win a lvl 2 fight baring a completely dominant enemy lane. It is kind of risky, but if you can do something with that early advantage you can cost the enemy more money then the lack of gp10 costs you.

EDIT: nvm previous message deleted.

Question: I have been tryin to practice in normal games and I suck, is it worth to make a new account to begin from lv1? Maybe in another server for those times when EUW is...well, making EUW things
Just for fun

Not worth it. The games from level 1 to 30 aren't very useful if you're not a complete beginner.

The best thing to improve is to play with friend who will explain you your mistake, better build, mechanic, ect..

If you only focus on cs, you will win against bronze and silver player.

Is it useful to play Sc2 against someone who has never played the game before to "train" it? No its not you will just smash them. There is a matchmaking system in place. eventually you will reach a 50% winrate if you "suck" so hard it may take a few games. Also in general you want to play with players which are better than you to improve as a player.

Just play on your main and dont worry about sucking or low rating

It is actually even worse in LoL, since Matchmaking is actually not that bad at lower levels. But there are a lot fewer skilled people there.

So if you make a new character and win too much, there are 2 things that gradually happen. First, you start playing only with other smurfs. Now, a pretty large portion of those guys made a smurf either to stomp noobs or because their main got banned. Usually the climate in those games is horrible. However, most of those guys also aren't really good, just your average 30 guy. If you are actually good at the game, you will still keep on winning a lot of unenjoyable games, until you reach phase two. Where you suddenly have to wait 10+ minutes in queue for each game, because there simply are not enough lowlevel people at your MMR.

So ultimately there isn't really a point in doing that unless you need a second account for some reason, maybe to learn a completely new role that you never played before.

As others said, no matter how good you are, you will have ~50% winrate. That is just how the matchmaking works. If you are better, you have a 50~ winrate against better people, if you are worse, against worse people. The only situation where you might really have a problem is when you play in a group with multiple people of different skilllevels, because that tends to negatively influence the quality of the games you play.

If you want one suggestion for improving, don't play a different character every game. Choose one (preferably a good one) and stick to that one for at least 10 games, unless you really hate him (but then don't choose him). I would suggest longer, but people get bored. Try to play with a limited champion pool instead of a gigantic one, that is the best way to improve because you actually learn what that champion is capable of and how he works.
