or everyone would run ignite/exhaust. their only weakness is that in teamfights its hard to coordinate who does what to who so usually you just see 1 ignite and 1 exhaust per team

In grouped up teamfights you become much weaker. nah its really hard to get kills early, i dont rely on getting fed. teamfights are when i start to dominate. i just have a lot of experience with shaco and those types of characters so it works for me. I know when to go in and get out

Trinity force gives -Movement speed. Super critical on udyr, ghostblade gives this but its more for actually when you're ON the target when you need it more to help gapclose as well as chase. -A consistent slow; super important -Sheen proc; helps a lot, I'm not the kind of guy who gets sheen as first dps item after wriggles like some people but its definitely useful. All 3 of those could be considered "core" and it's your queue to start building tank. I usually insta-die when I buy trinity, somehow brees gets away with "knowing when to go in" but when i play solo queue either I go in first or there won't be any going in, because the other 4 guys are squishies and all our carries will just be raped by amumu ult or something. Although sometimes I get a jarvan or irelia top, having jungler being the only melee is not uncommon any more. edit: I'm not so sure that it's a "bad" item but I feel like its not the most effiicent and if you want to build ghostblade there are champions who make much better use of it. (People with harder gap closers, 100% physical damage, physical damage abilities, need cdr a lot it's actually great on irelia, jarvan because their sustained lacks a bit after the gap close, but again these champions favour trinity force because they rarely have the chance to STAY in they have to run in and out more or else build full tank.)

Mana cost of shifting decreased to 55/50/45/40/35 from 75/65/55/45/35 Or was he this powerful all along but some other beefy champs had to get nerfed first?

Udyr got very slightly nerfed and suddenly his "lack of a gap closer" was a crippling defect. He gets slightly buffed and suddenly he's fotm again. He's always been a solid hero in the right hands (and against the right heroes), the buff helped his early game slightly. Well, it's also mostly cause his high mana cost made it so he absolutely had to jungle. Laning was out of the question as you'd go oom with 3-4 stance changes. After locket removal and before current buff, Udyr was never really weak, it was just that he couldn't go after carries due to no gap closer, and he couldn't peel and fight other melee dps well 'cause as a jungler, he likely wouldn't be nearly farmed enough and would either explode or do no damage. Now, with lowered mana cost, he can lane, farm better, and thus do better in teamfights.

IDK if they are gonna fix it, but keep it on the dl ![]() Yeah I noticed this the other day. I dunno if it's always been like this but it's a nice perk.

Cloth Armor 2pot 1 ward -->Razor-->boots --> Lantern --> Mercs --> Wits End or Sash (If they have like ww and malz) Spirit visage could also be a good idea. Honestly he builds just like ww. Trinity would be good but its too long to get in 3s. He is quite dominant I love him. Got me ranked 200!
