We have partners for the league. We simply name it Legacy of the Ultras because we want to promote how awesome our community at TaKeTV is and want to give something back to them - thus this league. In this case an invitation-system is very useful, also with HSC where you want to have players who are comfortable with casting and such, but TakeTV has always been very invite-focused and biased in my opinion. Here I see no problem with it though - there are no WCS points on the line, it's a beta tournament to showcase the new game and Foreigners may very well put more effort into that than the Koreans anyways. I also like the Bundesliga-format, old memories of EPS came up in me after reading that. ^_^ | ||

I know that in terms of organization, invitations are more easy to manage. But i think they're a lot of ways to involve the community to pick even just ten players. And if you're afraid of the current race imbalance, well, one qualifer/poll/KoH per race can be a solution. I dont mind when it's HSC because pple come to your place but here it's a online tournament. | ||
