(Unless you're Rek'sai or something, in which case, give it to somebody else but him, of course...) Got Gold I less than a week ago. I play Braum or Nautilus mainly, and I let people do most of the job while I just make sure they can. The "I gotta carry these scrubs" is just a shit idea and perpetuating this mindset is not really conducive to improvement.
I agree. I think it's healthier to take a more neutral stance when it comes to teammates. You go into soloQ with the mindset that, while your teammates are trying their best, they are no guaranteed to do well in that game. All you can do is make sure you're holding up your end of the team and work with what you're given.

Incredible Miracle is the weirdest of all those things.

I know Jin Air fell apart but below IM??
also Origen high to me but maybe I'm wrong

Korea seems fine outside of Jin Air being a bit low.
NA would probably switch Gravity and T8.
Europe seems okay as long as Origen's bot lane doesn't drag them down.
Everything else I don't watch.

Monte and Doa must really like Apple for IM. I mean, Lilac's good games are Dyrus at MSI level.

I think IM's position is more a reflection of how badly Jin Air crashed more than anything else, like Jin Air looked incredibly bad and unadaptive just utterly faceplanting with the new patch. I think it's kind of reasonable to have a load of skepticism with regards to Jin Air right now, their first week match up against IM is probably going to be very telling.
To put it in a way, since the first half ended Jin Air has a 4-11 record in contrast to say KT Rolster's 8-7 second half.

Both of these clearly express that the player has effectively lost their lane already. People don't "randomly" lose lanes they should get through easily. In case you're unaware, clicker is MMO lingo for people that click on their hotbars to use their abilities as opposed to using hotkeys. It's hyperboly, but the point still stands. Blue in all likelyhood won't help them. If a player is 560-750g down from kills + whatever other disadvantage they accrued from lack of lane management, blue will not allow them to overcome the skill matchup they have already lost. Especially if they other mid gets it, which they should because they aren't sucking ass.

To be honest, if I'm 500-750g behind, it's much more advantageous to wait for the other midlaner get their blue, then coordinate a gank on them so I get that instead to help swing back the lane. Otherwise if we both just get blue, it's not going to help me recover, it's just going to prevent me falling even further behind, if I don't die outright again.

"People don't "randomly" lose lanes they should get through easily." LOL are we playing the same game? i remember riven dying lvl1 to nasus (1v1) then blaming the jungler

nasus isnt that bad level one, 10% lifesteal auto reset and creep aggro and its fine its lvl 3 riven absolutely fucks him and then back after 6 he starts to win again

I haven't tested or played enough Ashe to notice, but does shiv crit every single time she auto's an enemy that already has her passive? I'd imagine it would since all her autos are minicrits after her slow is applied.

I forgot how sad the bottom half of OGN was. I hope KT, Najin, or one of the new teams surprise me.
That's quite a lot of faith in CLG, but I guess it is split rankings, not choke time. Otherwise NA looks fine. Very boring lineup, tbh. Top 4 is all but decided if Impulse keeps performing and CLG keeps choking. Maybe TDK will do something interesting.
I'd take Gambit and SK (even though fuck CandyPanda/the SK org, for real) over EL and Origen any day, but maybe Origen will look better than they did in EUCS finals or EL will finally come together in some meaningful way.
International Ranking is as always mostly frivolous speculation filled with... questionable decisions. Politely speaking.

It does yes. But its the same multiplier as all of your attacks. So if you have IE and Shiv the proc hits for 170 damage (so long as you don't accidentally waste it on a non-slowed target and you don't have any other crit chance but IE/Shiv).
Also worth noting that you should not ever blind pick NuAshe because Olaf and Yi are immune to her crits when they ult.
