Realistically mid should get blue in around 9 out of 10 games, instead of the 1/3 or 1/2 or whatever it is right now. What is this based on?I have never seen a jungler take 2nd blue unless the mid is katarina or has died more than 2 times or they just played earlier and either one is being a lil bitch. | ||

It's completely dependant on how lane is going for NA junglers to decide, maybe that's different in KR but they also have an absurd amount of rq/flame/afk compared to the other regions so I'm sure if KR junglers really felt they had the chance they would take second blue. I personally hand off second blue a little over half my games, generally don't if they are a mana less mid laner on #2 but always hand off 3rd blue unless they just sit in lane with me pinging a billion times, if they take too long to move over or don't move over at all it's their loss Third blue should pretty much always be handed over to mid unlesss they're like 0-11 or something | ||
