You don't even need to go into their advanced metrics or whatever to see it, just notice how Tactician = Supporter with farm and assists, Carry = Fighter with kills, or whatever they like to call these, I don't remember. It was ridiculous. Worst thing is they pretend they can use these metrics to give you lessons to improve. It's like determining who's good at being built AD by looking at base stats and calling Maokai a good candidate because of his AD and AS. | ||

They're also pretending to interpret it and give conclusions with the way they link numbers to so-and-so "role" and the descriptions. "Action score"? "Objective control"? They give arbitrary numbers and don't even tell you how they obtain them! Its conclusions with no value whatsoever. Even when they explain it, like with "farming %", it's garbage because it's skewed by the support and jungle games, it'd also be much better split by won/lost games, and roles. You don't hit the same cs over a typical game as LB or Swain than as Zed or Ziggs. Giving average cs/own monsters killed doesn't mean much (unless you can assume their "% of jungle games", "% of non-support/jungler games" are accurate to manually rebuild it). "You see X % of the map"? Really? How dumb is that? Even if the vision wasn't a teamwide thing that can't tell many things on you, the criterion used is so inane. | ||

The Black Cleaver Phage + Kindlegem + 825 gold (3000 gold total) +400 Health +40 Attack Damage +20% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion Cleaves them, reducing their Armor by 5% for 6 seconds (stacks up to 6 times, up to 30%). UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Dealing physical damage grants 20 movement speed for 2 seconds. Assists on Cleaved enemy champions or kills on any unit grant 80 movement speed for 4 seconds instead. This movement speed is halved for ranged champions. Do you think this fits into a Rammus build order? The health is nice and goes well with cinderhulk. The speed boast would help being sticky in ganks. The CDR is nice as well and makes it a lot easier to get to 40%. And finally the armor shred could be good in alte game teamfights where you are peeling / CCing for the ADC since you would also be softening up their armor to make them easier for your adc to kill. | ||

Maybe some use on Olaf though? Although I'm not sure one wants a 2nd offensive item after warriors on any jungler when not snowballing. Perhaps one could give cinderhulk + cleaver a go, but that makes for way less gank pressure. | ||

Talisman was an issue because the items it directly competed against had 0 or 10% at the time and SV was deemed OP when it got nerfed. I don't think an item's been buffed this hard, but BC's been a pretty lackluster item ever since they overnerfed it in the Cleaver Fever days. | ||
