Also if you get unlucky spawns on meeps your w is pretty much impossible to use more than 1/2 times in lane. | ||

The patch notes said 60+5 per level, but that's not what it's doing, it's 100+15% AP like it was on PBE. The AOE has a pretty decent range, prioritizes champions, but other than that appears to be random. Doesn't seem to prioritize minions it will kill over minions it won't. It procs on Lux passive, which I <3. Seems pretty strong, although it's probably not for everybody. | ||

You start ruby crystal. Maybe you don't get it before machete on junglers though. The extra clear speed on your second clear + health probably isn't worth the loss in regen, gold, clear speed on your first clear, and super smite. | ||

I don't see the health from ruby crystal making up for the health/mana regen and faster clear speed of machete. Machete is designed to get over that early clear hurdle moderately okay and can struggle to hit 600g on 1st back depending on champion so I don't see a flat health buffer doing it. Conceptually of course. | ||
