Honestly given the effort involved in killing it I don't feel like it's worth it unless you're anticipating a Dragon/Baron teamfight. I've found out that a ridiculously strong use for it is to fake baron/dragon or just get off of it immediately and use the really strong speed boost you get from it to turn on them.

I'm going to be testing the Sejuani changes thoroughly, but I suspect their intention is for players to still max E, but get creative about how to apply her passive repeatedly in fights beyond the initial R->E burst.

Has anyone tried out the new righteous glory item? I have been getting it on singed and I feel like it is a must buy for him, though I haven't played enough to say for sure.
I can't think of any other champion that could use all the stats as well as singed but I could see it being a situational buy far darius, nautilus...not really sure who else.

The only person I've bought it on so far has been support Alistar, but we were winning that game by a landslide anyways. I feel like Riot missed the mark as to their intent to give engage options to champions that previously lacked them - instead Righteous Glory gives makes tanky engage champions even more specialized in their niche.
I mean, if you realize after the fact that you've drafted a team without a way to engage, you're not going to build a Righteous Glory on Nidalee or whatever and expect that to change the terms of engagements.

It seems perfect for maokai unless I'm mistaken. It's like S2 shurelia, except with actual good stats, and a slow he can use after initiating with his W...

The few times I've bought it were on Nautilus and Volibear. Voli especially loves the active.
I personally love the item (not that I play the champs that would use it much) and love that Catalyst has another build path.

For full tank toplaners, I guess I could see this being bought, but if you're expected to be a damage threat I feel like there's just never a good time to get it, it's too expensive.

Smite appears to be pretty good if not op for some laners, mostly duelists. Fiora, WW, Malzahar etc can go in lane with smite and machete, upgrade to challenging => appropriate full item and they get 60 seconds summoner that does more damage than ignite, reduce damage, buffs from monsters, additional dragon/baron control. Only drawback is the early lanning,

I'm failing to see the relation with the "Blood Moon" theme though, she looks more like a hostess/receptionist, what with the "hot color" scheme and the small hat that makes it look like a uniform, than... well, where the original Blood Moon skins drew inspiration from.
