Na, the issue is their priority. Remember when as soon as Zed and Ahri fell off competitive play they got buffed back? Not even 2 months for Ahri.
How many champions that could get a bit of nudge haven't been touched in ages? There's Zac this patch for example, but the last time was J4+Malphite and that was even before s4 worlds, so 4 months ago or something.

Of course, then they go and do the Sej thing and make everything confused again.Can't just give her a buff, have to fiddle with her kit as well. Cass saw the same thing and now look at what happened.

The skin will be coming out with the new season when it is out. It just got put on the PBE yesterday and has a whole patch cycle where it will just sit there. Given that the normal Riot patch duration puts a potential 4.22 near the start of or in the middle of Riot's Holiday break, I wouldn't expect a "full" patch again this month and at most like getting a small patch.

Also, people need to remember that skins always look off when removed from context and viewed from the wrong angle.

Galio was played today (pre-buff) by World Elite vs OMG and they won.

Generally I agree though that they tend to overlook certain champions for way too long. They should make incremental changes to more champions every patch to see what happens.

This patch seems like a good one to me though, but its strange that they barely touched top lane. Especially Gnar deserved a nerf.

I donno if fixing Galio's ult will fix his problems entirely, but I suppose it will help a lot.

I still think his Q needs to be the proc-a-mark (tm) system though.
