I played her in season 1 and i know one of the best Poppy players on TL, pls listen me yis.
Maxing R > Q > E > W seems most reasonable, even though the cap for %hp on your Q is greatly wasted untill your opponent stacks up more health. The reason you wanna do this over the more bursty R > E > Q > W is because you trade with Q to conserve mana and using your E repeatedly will force you back too much.
So, u farm in lane, you use Q whenever your opponent tries to last-hit too hard (aka melee'ing your ranged) and you slowly from that. Using E to stun into the wall is a no-brainer, but it can be tricky. Remember that destroyed turrets can be used for your stun, it's the most cheesy shit ever, but it works.
In team-fights you want to take out 1, but you definitely don't wanna die as a result. The general understanding of Poppy is that "she pops ult, kills the ad, gg 4v5" so i would recommend ghost. With your passive, laning without flash shouldn't be a problem.

I think right now with dragon if you can get the first one and just deny the other team getting any dragons for a long time it becomes more of an advantage since the 8ap/ad% will scale up growing the advantage. On another note what do u guys think about ad kassadin been going tear into Manamune/triforce. Not sure if it's better top or mid yet but I think I prefer top because I like to build tank after that with Frozen heart and banshees.

The first, third and fifth dragons are the most important, the 2 and 4 are mostly about not letting the other team have them.
And you obviously gotta kill 2 and 4 to get 3 and 5

Won like 15 out of 20 games fri/sat but today its like the gates are open and the trolls are going to war. Every other game there is someone just spouting nonsense, frothing at the mouth about how everyone deserves cancer. Twice in a row I get someone who gets so upset about giving fb (or mabe that was just their excuse) that they then just spend the rest of the game intentionally feeding and cussing. I mean wow, what is up with these people's personal lives?

You are playing on a sunday afternoon not exactly surprising.

Yea never play on a Sunday, it's absolutely awful.

I know Zekent/Spamhappy advocated Q>W>E since Q is your main source of damage, W is a really powerful stat boost (35 AD+damage and 25% movespeed at max), while E damage doesn't rank up very well unless you consistently land the wall slam which is reasonably hard to do. Although iirc, you could skip leveling up Q here and there since the damage is capped and based off your opponent's max hp so if you were far enough ahead, leveling up Q too much wouldn't actually increase the damage. The breakpoints for capping Q damage are 688 / 1375 / 2063 / 2750 / 3438 hp. watch the expansion videos, it shows he went R>E>W>Q. Also saw it while he was streaming too. I always went Q before too but E max first felt alot better. It gives you much better teamfighting (lower cd e's) and allows you to stick onto enemies better.
On a burst scale, maxing E over Q is more damage, especially if you hit the wall-stun. Sustained dps is best achieved with Q-max.

Just to clear things up, i'm not a high-ELO player, i'm just a regular guy who enjoys playing the best burster in the game.
So is that guy.

I'm trying to figure out my Irelia runes
what's more efficient, aspd marks ad quints or ad marks aspd quints?
edit:
aspd quints: 13.5% ad marks: 8.55 aspd marks: 15.3% ad quints: 6.75
eh...pretty close

AD marks AS quints is generally considered more efficient than the other way around.
