Anything to avoid looking at riots decision to force a new type of league and cut the number of teams playing in half as bad. Pls show actual proof that Riot forced it on Kespa and OGN.

I dont have the minutes if thats what you expect me to provide. but its rather obvious that this wasn't OGN kespa acting on their own.

Not saying it'd bad in a vacuum, but compared to all the mobility, not even dashes, but just MS, a 2s increase on such a massive cooldown and that he may need to deal his damage is a huge liability. If you can't flank, any kind of dash or slow is enough to get away (MS buffs depend on distance). It also makes his initiation telegraphed so there's not much to do against cc (that I was against a Soraka whose W and E are basically instant didn't help, especially the E: can't flash, activate the ult, or Q with Rylai to force someone in range). I also leant that he's one of the few champions with a flat 120s cd at all levels (thought it went down like the others; since I mentioned that yesterday, I also don't think his ult warrants the high cd since with all the mobility issues getting a good ult off is exceedingly difficult, making its average power level lower than a bunch). I'll keep playing him of course, but he looks way worse than I thought when I considered picking him up, so I'll probably look elsewhere even though he seemed fun. If he's that weak/hard to play atm, not worth the effort. :<

speaking of reworks, i wonder why riot decided to give reworks to the newer inexperienced staff, rather than putting their Top. Men. on it, and letting the newbies fumble around internally with new champ ideas. It seems odd to take a champion that has an existent fanbase and player base and completely change them and put that change in the hands of someone inexperienced who is probably more likely to screw it up than someone experienced.

Riot in the past year or so hired a lot of people to develop a new game (the trading card game that was leaked), but it didn't go so well so Riot cancelled it. But Riot didn't want to let all the people they hired go away, so Riot gave these people some work to do to keep them within the company. Hence all the (somewhat unnecessary) reworks/etc. that we are seeing today. Again, just a tinfoil hat theory.

Company like Riot would probably get 3 or 4 digit applications per position. It takes a lot of work to find one person to work there. You've already hired some of the best people you can, so you might as well put them to work doing something.

The reworks have been on champions that have the lowest playerbase of all champions. Or champions too toxic to leave alone. As much as I dislike the change in powerspike on viktor from mid to late I at least recognize that he was picked only 1% of the time (iirc not including dominion where he is/was stronger). If we think about the number of picks that represents it's about 1 in 500 to 1000 people having him as a regular part of their rotation

Like, oh wow! They're trying to bring back Strategic Diversity to junglers! Finally, they've officially decided to take on this grueling task!

After a few dozen repetitions of the Lee Sin vs. Kha’zix match up, we as junglers have a very good idea of how the match up will play out, and the game is very likely to feel very similar to the games before and after How is that even specific to the jungle? Then again it's a Riot PR post, so same as they same "the jungler knows how he'll play before loading screen is up", we know most of the content is garbage to read-and-forget before we start looking at the actual text.

Saying you know how jungle matchups go is really fucking stupid though. It is the only role in the game which you can't predict lol.

If I'm J4 against Elise I know I'd better not invade at level 3, etc. Except it's a team game. It's not just you vs Shaco or you vs Elise. In the game there might be a sitaution where you team can invade or a situation where counterganking will lead to huge advantage for you team. Acting like this game is 1v1 is pathetically narrowminded. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy helps you determine what to do but your course of action is predetermined, it's always changing based on the conditions in game.
