I think that that's pretty cool but it's curious considering their stance on solo lane supports. Well, I guess it's not that easy to consistently land Starcalls but hmh

The healing with her Q is totally insane and her E is practically a teamfighting ultimate as long as you have someone initiating. I think that that's pretty cool but it's curious considering their stance on solo lane supports. No. Her Q gains 40 damage/level and had a .35 ratio. Its legitimately hard to clear with. She can't clear with E(doesn't do damage to monsters) and its pretty hard to land both portions of E without the use of Q. Additionally her Q heal scales on levels of her W which cant be used to heal herself. She would get wrecked in a solo lane

Late game? etc. Good siege, good disengage/chase. Lane dominance is difficult due to range, but her Q poke is very good if you can land it reliably. In lane, if you can guarantee that your Q will land, then it's a good trade? Haven't played her in a while, but not much has changed with her play style.

Now, IE+Shiv is a decent power spike, but it's not nearly as strong as old BT. Sivir got hit pretty hard with item changes.

I see Mundo occasionally, probably 3 out of 20. Shyvana less than that. I saw someone hover over Olaf once. Once.

Why wouldn't you just play lulu support? Do more damage, be able to shield everyone. Or lux support, then you have offensive play making and an AoE shield, as well as a move reliable root on top of the slow zone. I don't think Viktors Q good enough to actually play it.

Viktors Q is retard proof though, and it's poke + shield in one spell, try spamming those spells on support lux and lulu, you'll be hurting for mana in lane. Could probably get away with not even getting a point in his lazer until after you've maxed Q. Just some food for thought.

Weaker than he used to be. Still potentially powerful Pre-rework Viktor could be very strong against AD's which didn't have a dash and potentially strong against supports who didn't have a dash. The main reason for this is his W, which provides 3 seconds of mixed soft/hard CC. No dash = No way to get out of that except flash = get deadded. Before the rework his Q Shield/Damage were stronger in early levels (the level based scaling means you're at a deficit in damage until level 15) and because the majority of support/AD trading is slow or consistent he didn't have problems getting the shield off and still being able to effectively utilize it. Additionally his Death Augment was very good efficient since he would rank E up second and transition into a regular damage mage and Death Augment basically meant that you could get a good amount of AP and power in a single item, allowing you to forgo the full AP itemization for pen. (Basically you leveraged the fact that Viktor had a mid game power spike in order to have a relative power spike compared to other supports at a slightly later timing than normal viktor) However the lack of a strong death augment, and the lack of a W range augment, means that your raw utility options are weak, and your bully potential is reduced. On the plus side his W does have a longer range now. Which means you can be even more oppressive against enemies that don't have dashes. And your Q shield will guarantee decent trades (due to its damage and low mana cost). Plus the new auto animation is really really good. Better than any support except like zyra (who dumps on viktor incidentally) The biggest downside at the moment is that the number of AD's which are both competitive and don't have dashes is zero. And the number of supports which have neither a dash or hook or zone control is also approximately zero. But yea if they're playing Ashe/Janna then you're probably free to dump on them.

Olaf is basically unplayable without having 2 speedups (aside from your own ghost) on his team. Since he likes ghost so much, he also is rough to play against Skillshot junglers which you cant evade without blowing your ult (which is also needed to fight in/deter all ins). He used to work well with Lulu mid + when Talisman was the strongest support/Sivir was popular. His jungle clear is good, but gets invaded too easily by the high mobility Kha/Lee, who also outtrade him pre-6. Overall, the kit is less fun/coherent than the Pre-Rework Olaf, and isn't strong enough to bust out if you aren't having tons of fun.
