Unfortunately I will not be streaming Faker's games anymore. I sent an email to SKT a few weeks ago when I started the stream, asking if they were alright with me doing this. I just got a response from them saying they would prefer I did not run this stream. (In the case that one of the players found it, and the comments affected their mentality negatively) Also that I wasn't allowed to stream with the word "Faker" as the title. :/

I'm making an assumption that lorewise, Renekton, Nasus, and Azir didn't used to have those forms and acquired them through ascension. Cass is trying to use ascension to take advantage of her curse to gain even more power and possibly a more desirable form like a medusa, and Xerath was denied ascension and tried to mimic it, which gave him the form he has today. Sivir, I think, is in it to spite Cass since she used to work for Noxus and was thrown away and Nasus is a convenient ally because Nasus is trying to limit the destructive forces created by Ascension. /lorenerd

Notice how in the same patch they're doing a Shurima Khazix skin, a Xerath voiceover, Renekton and Cassiopeia visual updates, etc. Read Sivir's lore, when they reworked her they put in her Shurima lore which mentioned Cass. Also Sivir was never thrown away, she originally deduced that invading Ionia was bound to become a mess and quitted, then killed whatever assassins Noxus sent after her (the part about the assassins had really poor wording and was cliche). In the new lore she quitted because apparently it didn't fit with her morals (meh, she's a mercenary in for the money dammit). Remember that Lokfar is basically retconned into not being anything anymore (apart from a name in Ashe's territories), so the diplomat that cursed Cass thing isn't anymore either (when they introduced Aatrox, they pretty much removed the lore about Noxus trying to cull barbarians after their raids and them allying with the Avarosan to become big enough that the Institute couldn't deny "Feljord" (since in retrospect after Sejuani's release it means Ashe claimed the whole land under her leadership) the city-state status). So Cass is a greedy Noxian woman transformed by whatever they found in Azir's "tomb". Also no ties to her previous activities as a courtesan (opposing Katarina's bloodier business) in the new lore, unless they mention it in her past (which still means "no ties" per se).

This is very confusing and probably why I shouldn't take the lore seriously anymore. It's hard enough to keep up with all the changes they make but when they retcon characters you have to overwrite what you already knew to keep up.

Similarly you make sure to only tie one or two extra IP's per account(so that you don't have accounts with lots of IP addresses on them). Then you simply don't say anything about boosting, smurfing, talk to friends, duo queue, or communicate while boosting so you don't get reported. Filtering out people who play on multiple IP addresses legitimately and those who play on multiple IP addresses illegitimately is not easy. The only other way to get rid of the practice would be sue to business people. Which means first finding them, and then convincing a jury that they're hurting the game. Officially the people they list on their site are just coaching, which Riot doesn't have policies against, they can't go boosters directly without evidence they're actually account boosting(well i mean, they could, but it probably wouldn't be worth it). its totally easy, they have the league client run on the PC. IP is useful, but they could ID by other means. If they wanted to, they could easily analyze things and uncover the networks of eloboosters.

It is like watching a guy train for football and he looks really good so he MUST be on the messi/ronaldo level. He got to groups stages of Champions once, but didn't make it out.

That's how I remember it, but I may be wrong http://lol.gamepedia.com/Apdo But, however, he, along some of his friends, created Team Dark to conquer the OGN championship. Unfortunately the Korean community, who were half lovers/half haters of Apdo, didn't want him to compete in the professional scene because of his in game behavior and his past of elo booster, creating controversy along the situation. They made it to the group stages but were eliminated before entering to the playoffs. All depends on by playoffs they mean the bracket or group stage.

Kayle got nerfed a bunch and doesnt seem particularly good at the moment. Moreover, I really havent gotten the sense that Riot every really liked or understood Kayle. So I wouldnt expect them to extrapolate from Kayle.

The crazy girl who wanted his cawk exposed him for getting paid boosting people, and his main account got banned for 1000(?) years? Bwhahahahahahah. Yeah, Riot never actually permanently bans an account they just make it absurdly long so it is effectively permanent.

Other than that though she *does* feel a lot more fluid than before, it's kind of hard to quantify. The only specific thing I noticed is that when Q explodes the first tick of damage is done instantly rather than after a delay.

At the very least playing against Cass bots will be insanely obnoxious. A big drawback on Cass (aside from low mobility) was that building CDR on her was inadvisable because it was only really helping you on her ult, and her ult cooldown is obscenely long. Now they're chopping off 10 seconds on the ult cooldown at all levels, on top of 30% CDR relatively early (if you last hit things that are poisoned well/hit enemy champions enough). For a level 2 Cass ult it ends up being the difference between a 114 second cooldown ult and a 71 second cooldown ult (if you get the CDR mastery). That's a pretty big difference, even with the damage loss (which is somewhat supplemented by the new passive). The Twin Fang heal with enough passive stacks is nice too. I imagine she'll be a bit more relevant with the changes. On August 28 2014 12:12 phyvo wrote: So I was playing Cass in a bot game on the PBE and, while I can imagine hitting the 150 stack benchmark in a normal game, I can't imagine hitting 375 stacks except in an long slugfest. I barely managed to fully stack her passive at 25 minutes despite the bots letting me hit them with Q pretty much constantly while they were in my lane. Keep in mind it's far easier to get stacks from harassment than to last hit minions with your low poison damage (which tends to get screwed over by your own minions before you get farmed). Maybe I'm just bad but 375 stacks just seems like a pipe dream. Just q or w a wave, and use twin fang to last hit? The mana gets refunded on her E if you get a kill. I don't think 375 is that crazy in a 35 minute game- half from minions, half from champions being poisoned. Unless the E doesn't count as a poison kill with q/w on the minion, but that would be really weird.
