As for skillshots, uh... let's just say I won't touch ranked for at least a week or two once it goes live, if only to train myself to the new camera angle. I miss or fail to dodge so much shit in ARAMs just because the camera is farther away, meaning you travel less distance on the screen with the same MS compared to SR, meaning when you think you've got time to dodge a skillshot you end up eating it, or when you think you're in range to cast something you walk a bit further before casting and you end up either missing or your spell doesn't cast or you get caught because you kept walking instead of casting and you didn't turn away right after, etc. Makes ARAM a pain when against skillshot champs for me (it's no fun when you feel tricked by the UI rather than outplayed by your opponent). So I'll take the time to make myself used to the new camera and angle, especially since I smartcast everything. | ||

I expect it'll be a lot better at release. EDIT: I dislike how the camera control spent so much time in the lanes like they were commentating a real match. The jungles got virtually no screen time when this is supposed to be showing off the new map. Also, I thought the variation between the green and dark blue areas would be a blue side/purple side thing but apparently they're associated with sides of the jungle and not sides of the map? Meh. | ||
