rito love to talk about counter play but if you are playing a champ that cant teleport or leap you are 99% dead every time his ult is available. wheres the counterplay in that? | ||

It's that their impact is felt at different points during the course of the game. There are ADCs that are stronger for mid-game burst damage, and others picked for later game damage. This is why certain ADCs are picked for certain team composition. As you pointed out in the bottom portion, different ADCs do different things. The problem is that people don't know the timing for taking/ how to take advantage of the champion they picked, and falsely attribute this to mean "adcs don't carry" | ||

You can just r singed and then eq out. So long as no friendly squishies are inside, its a perfectly legitimate tactic. Worst case scenario singed flips you out of jump and now its jungle vs fed singed, which sucks, but is better than squishy trying to kite fed singed. | ||

An AD who is in a position to carry hard needs to have their team group up and push/fight in the correct way that accentuates the strengths of the carry. This kinda requires that for an AD(or by extension a support who gets their carry fed) to carry their team has to understand a role that they don't play. Seems pretty uncommon in lower skilled matches | ||
