His passive is god awful these days, because of the addition of so many high-mobility champions that can easily evade the damage. Actually, if you combined all of these such that his passive refreshed his life on champion kill (scaling execute obvs), that'd be pretty genuinely cool. Probably impossible to balance, but pretty cool.
