Just think about it. You get move speed and attack speed for hitting more and doing more lightning and then you get even more lightning for moving and attacking! It's just a no brainer. Why would you do anything else? I mean more lightning! | ||

Went 9-1 with him so far, and the one loss I honestly played very bad (missed stuns on kat that jumped on me many times). Veigar + a strong ganking jungler is brutal, as movespeed quints into stun into ALOT of damage. He just brings so much utility and if hes having a good game he makes it 4v5 at the start, no matter who on the other team dives in first. | ||

Riot knows ranked is unplayable for 90% of the day but yet they keep allowing people to play the mode for some reason and fuel the fire and negativity. I'm sure the community would be more forgiving if ranked was just disabled for 2weeks or however long it takes than Queue for non-working games and risk losing several times a day because 8/10 people in the game can't move from spawn. They just keep posting the same copy paste responses saying servers aren't working and then they copy/paste the same responses saying servers are up and running again. At this point I don't think anyone is actually manning the server button saying whether ranked up for Queue or not. It's probably just some bot basically spamming the client taking it down and putting it back up. | ||

Disabling ranked forever just means the ddosers have won. Also, I have experienced 0 lag/connection issues for the past week personally, and I know alot of west coast players that can say the same. I have played 20+ games since the issues started and only 2-3 of them were decided by lag, and the ones of those that I lost were loss forgiven. What riot is doing is fine, except maybe being a bit faster on the disable ranked/loss forgiven button. | ||

Honestly I think that there needs to be VERY harsh mandatory penalties for DDos attacks put into law, since they are pretty much impossible to stop, and using harsh penalties as a deterrent is probably the easiest way to deal with the majority of them. Would you DDos someone if it would result in 20 years in jail? On topic, I can really see Veigar becoming fotm. His cage is just so good for catching people in soloq, and he punishes uncoordinated dives really easily by just killing them. | ||
