at lower fps like for example 30, your eyes still can easily see that moving things are stuttering. Im sure a trained jet pilot can still see that at 120fps, but 60 is ok for most. | ||

also consistant framerate is far better than higher but inconsistant so you want settings where you have the highest framerate that never stutters. | ||

Just because of how frames work out with buffering, what happens is that your monitor will only be updated if there's a brand new frame completed. Minor distinction but one that I feel is important. The issue is that 60 FPS doesn't guarantee that every refresh cycle of your monitor has a new frame due to the fact that some frames take longer to render than others. Since FPS is an average over a second, the ideal metric is maximum time between rendered frames. If this is less than 1/60th of a second, then it doesn't really matter how powerful your system is. If the maximum time between rendered frames at any point exceeds 1/60th of a second, you can wind up with what you view as stuttering since the same frame is displayed for more than a single refresh cycle of the monitor. I don't know if it'd matter for LoL but for FPS games it makes a decent difference. | ||

I tried her out a while back, hated her so I dropped her. Just tried to use her again and remembered why she is sooo bad. Low damage, crap ganks, only form of cc is easily dodged, and once you go in and blow your weak ass combo you just sit there looking like a tool while you get destroyed. | ||
