Asus k52-Jc; $900 CDN 4 years ago. Hybrid work and light-gaming machine. I play on lowest everything except models, which I have on high (potentially also of note, I play with sounds disabled). It runs without issues, except that it lags for about 2 seconds everytime I open up the shop window (it doesn't do this in Co-op vs Ai though, and this is consistent across all maps, so it's likely some weird thing on my end rather than a problem with the laptop itself). I use a small TV as a main monitor (1600x900) but it can run a stream and skype or whatever on it's screen at the same time no prob. Integrated (Intel HD or something). There's a sticker for Nvidia on it, and it says GeForce 310M (which is a dedicated GPU, I think, having google'd it just now) on it, but this doesn't actually appear to be in the machine. Also, Ashe/Zyra has been bronze meta for a long time, eat it hipster nerds. | ||

Since I'm dual-booting anyways I think, for gaming, you'd be better off with a windows laptop. I haven't done the research in awhile but you'd probably get more bang for your buck, as I said many of my larger games run better in Windows | ||
