I actually think Sejuani is better. Her Q does more damage to tanks, her E has significant base damage burst and her R is ranged. Also none of her spells can miss and you have additional cc. Plus more earlygame presence.

Sorry, but wtf. E max is pretty standard on Sejuani. Auto+W+E is a lot of burst early. Also her ult is ranged and at max level has longer duration than Sona ult.

Yeah didn't think about E max first, doesn't that ruin your clear though?
Ranged is both a blessing and a curse, makes it dodgeable and if missed it's just a slow, Amumu is point blank and instant so you won't miss it.
Unless you're comparing her to Sona jungle not sure what your last point is about...

Probably is unpopular because she is a mediocre champ that doesn't fit the meta, and if you want an AOE jungler you just pick Amumu because you learned him 2 years ago and little has changed. No reason to learn a new champ for a dead comp that you might use once every 40 games.

You do max E first on Sejuani, at a cost of slower clear than Amumu.
I think in S3 I would have preferred Sejuani (both pre and post rrework. But with the new ancient wraith mana is no longer an issue and Amumu clears like a boss.

The idea is that you pick it up on someone who is going to lose lane anyway. If you can't out push the enemy with d blade it doesn't change the level 2 all in timing much.

E max gives faster clear than W max till about 500 bonus HP. Plus it's instant. The thing about her ult is that you can hang on to it in teamfights until they all line up, where as with Amumu you basically have to use it once you hit a bandage.
On the Sona thing, I was comparing it to other ranged AoE cc.
Edit: She also has an escape vs counterjunglers, something that Amumu really lacks imo

Lord Jinx is not as broken as Lord Lucian imo. Although I have to say I am terrible at Jinx.
I think Lucian will be a strong pick for this entire year. I think Jinx will get nerfed and forgotten... Lucian just feels so well-rounded that it will take some really strong nerfs to break him.

That doesn't seem right...
Scaling has no relevance for which to max first, neither skill's scaling is affected by leveling it.
W gains 40 AoE damage per level, plus 40 additional damage to a single target. E gains only 50 AoE damage per level. Given that it will always be the big creep slowing you down, W max definitely clears faster.

Also from my own experience it clears about the same with E having better ganks.

Please, I know Jinx broke the meta of female characters, but she is a girl still.
Jinx is strong, and most likely will get some form of nerf, probably to her passive, get Excited is just so good at running away/cleaning up a fight. Zap might get nerfed as well, the AD ratio on that is insane. Lucian might get nerfed, and I would think the way Riot would do it would be to either lessen the time where doubletap activates or add a delay with the activation of his passive/shots actually firing off.

They are pretty different since you'd probably build loads more dmg on Amumu while I don't think Sejuani can really afford that
