I'm not sure if it is still worth with the increased cd but after testing you can still use it on ranged characters, they only disabled the execute mechanic so you need to last hit normally in able to pass the gold. That's normal, that's what they wanted: remove the exeute (free pushing and stuff) for ranged champions, but keep it for melee ones so they have a bigger window to trigger it, seeing how it requires them to expose themselves and stuff. The tooltips not yet updated is because of the way they patched it on the server, they warned that they'd take some time to update.

Sure, you're behind in gold if you get counterjungled, but not that much. You'll also catch up as soon as you're a level behind unless efforts are made to keep you pinned down until the disadvantage can translate into something more tangible (teamfights start, drake attempt where your Smite is weaker, etc.), and I'm not sure if that's an acceptable trade-off for how much a jungler is going to devote to that end. Maybe I'm overestimating the counterjungling dude's sacrifices. As for "it's always wotrh it if it gets the kill" I agree, what I was saying was "you can't afford many botches/people not dying before you get really behind", eg. "you'll have to get a kill close to every time", hence pressure and stuff. Assist streaks are only relevant if your team is getting kills, I don't see how this favours the person farming more when the point of ganking is you get more kills or your team gets stronger so you might get more assists anyway. If anything assist streaks favour gank heavy guys because the power farmers will get more kills individually when they're stronger. I don't see why everyone is acting like you magically get free gold to make you even with the other team when things go badly, the other team gets the same advantages of the changes you do. you couldn't afford too many botches in the last patch either, the difference is their jungler will be ahead more in gold, before you just lost out on XP more but the gold gap was lses (assuming you can farm jungle with the bonus XP to catch up)

You can never trust the ward.

On the other hand if the wards are somewhat close (for example in the river bushes when you're mid) you'll see it because there's an icon on the ward and you can see the red particle even in th fog (kinda like Shaco's deceive). Reminds me that the bug where a champion will appear at a random area in the fog of war a split second before he actually emerges is back. Gonna give people scares when you don't know if he's really there and just neutralised your ward, or if it's the bug and he's actually in another lane.

That bug is happening a lot more then it was before for me, seems like it happends 1-2 times per game at the least.

The new bladed armor really sucks, imo, and it seems like the only reason to get defense is for some health, which is really outshadowed by ms / summoner cdr / longer buffs in the utility tree.

Graves has better sheer burst (although Lucian probably overtakes him at some point when aa-Q-double aa > aa-Q-R because of crit) and is tankier, with more utility (I'm still unable to use Smokescreen well, I find it hard anticipating what their vision will look like to decide where I'll drop it), and he's probably stronger at low levels, but the way they can be played in teamfights doesn't have too much in common (I'd assume Graves to be closer to MF, albeit he needs to get closer). Jungler with good base values seem stronger because they can afford to go 0-21-9. 21 offense doesn't scale all that well I'd say, it helps your first clear a bunch but if you don't need it (either to clear at all, or simply to clear faster) then the defensive tree will help you way more later on. Well, the good news is that I can get Mundo out of my closet. I won't be able to use Nautilus as long as people get so much gold though, he falls off super fast when they start shrugging off his damage.
