The jungle camps give bonus xp, so it's like 1 wraith camp's xp is worth 1.5 wraith camp's xp for low level. But it also means that if you deny 1 wraith camp, you end up deny 1.5 wraith camp.

I think the reason support has way too much gold not because of the gold item, but the way assist "streak" works right now. You get bonus gold for assist as long as you have 2 more assist than kill (for example, kill 0, assist 2,3,4,5,6). Moreover, death and kill doesn't break the "streak" So it gives you and your ally the gold right? That means that 1 minion in every wave (on average over a long time) gives gold to you and your ally. A caster minion is 15+ gold, a melee is 20+ so you should use the charges on melee and cannon creeps when possible. Cannon gives 40+gold and comes every 3 waves early on.
Adding 5 to melee minion and cannon minion (25/30 + 25/30 +45/30+5/30)/3=1.11 gold per second or 11.1 gp10? Still way more than anything else. You start with 2 stacks so that's a free 1.11*30=66 gold. And when you back, as long as you get back in 30*2=60 seconds you lose nothing.
And you miss far fewer last hits because the margin of error is like 200 health(?).
Once you upgrade it you get up to 4 charges (you can go jungling/ganking for 30*4=120 seconds) and come back for 4 charges so you don't lose anything and your lane partner will also grow up 4 charges so they don't miss anything either.
Seems decent if used optimally.

Not harass, the cd is actually long even in the end, and his Q and E have very short cooldowns (0.5 to 0.1 for E) so you don't really have an incentive to build CDR on him. However, as long as ~22-14s may be, it's still shorter than most ultimates or game changing spells and he blocks the majority of them.

ok so the game went top lane died 6 times to vi ganks, trynd got fed, lee got raged at for not knowing how to play lee, ez whining all game that we cant win, since he wasa on a loss streak midgame ori was fed, we were ahead a bit bot, we started getting caught or random things happening so we were losing hard, like we went 5 mid to take inhib and lee left to feed trynd split pushing and we didnt iwn the 4v4 so we lost inhib instead. Then they got baron and were already up 2 drakes and about even on tower.
Then our j4 with smite stole baron and then we won everyfight because someone would come from some angle and one shot their vayne and we killed them 1 by 1 as they respawned to try to defend some towers and we won just after baron buff ran out wat

It blocks Orianna's ball too. So I assume it blocks Nami's bounces (and her ult and Q but that's a given), Crucible's active, etc. Lucian can only damage Yasuo with his Q through the wall, and most marksmen can't do it at all. x)

lol with less vision than in season 3, positioning errors are so frequent. And a comeback easier
