Champs that have AP scaling with their kit and an AA steroid (Tristana, Shyv, Eve, etc.) are gonna be soooooooo strong this patch as it is going to make it extremely difficult to itemize against them throughout the game. Yeah, but the 6% duel penetration costs 3 points instead of 1, so it's far less efficient than before. Not to mention it's pretty deep on the tree to boot. That's true. We will see how it works out. Back to Eve. I feel almost no reason to spec anything other than 30/0/0 as Eve. I don't even main jungle but when I do and play Eve, she was already pretty snowbally going 21/9/0. The Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving masteries compliment her kit so well. I feel, now, after 1 successful gank as Eve, she will be so far ahead and will be able to come to ANY lane, shit on any 2v2s and outduel ANYONE in the jungle as her damage output is just so ridiculous. In addition, she has no real mana issues as her passive grants so much mana regen while rotating in between lanes.
I usually go 9/21/0 as Jungle Eve, otherwise you'll die to blue buff. At least in my experience

Yeah, that can happen if you don't get a super leash. However, if you get a super leash and don't need to waste smite on your first buff and properly kite your second buff, you can get to top lane at about 80% with only using 3 pots. If you mirror the other jungler, you will get top lane a few seconds ahead. This gives you enough time to jug another pot, and there are not many junglers that can beat eve 2v2 (although this depends on your top laner).

Tried Jax with the "weaving" masteries... at level 6 my autos were dealing 100 damage to the Wight. Attacked thrice, 100 on each, kept attacking, still 100, but it became 105 on the 6th attack (that triggered my passive for the second time).
It could have been executioner but that only works on champions. So I have no idea why that happened, and if his ult works with these masteries or not (but I'd say no according to the first 5 attacks).
Edit: I'm dumb, it only works on champions and I tried that without any bot.
... but then again, how did my damage increase then?

As a pro, the first thing you should have done this morning is sit down with your team and a calculator. Which most asian teams did I would hope.

Also during my test the lense trinket was disabled. Anyone knows why? I assume it's global and not just for some champions.

Plus for them, it's more important to play through the masteries, rather than armchair theorycraft.

Has anyone have trouble keeping up with laners as a jungler? I haven't been able to play yet but from the patch notes it sure seems that clearing the jungle has become a lot harder considering how all the camps have more health and damage.

and masteries are generally less important than how well you play
you shouldn't even need a calculator the worth of things gets ingrained in your head pretty fast at least approximately`

It sure feels that way. I always felt super behind. But then again... never been this rich. It feels like EVERYONE is super fucking rich tho nowadays. Time to bust out the op scaling lategame champions, they should peak now in midgame lol.
