A lot of Lucian's issues stem from this. His range is an issue because he can't kite/chase effectively. Part of the reason his ultimate feels so weak is because it feels like it should make up for that, but doesn't (especially when you're often forced to use it against the tanky front line when you'd rather just kite/chase with a better AD). This change wouldn't solve all his problems, but it would at least make his QWE a functioning set of skills, allowing his ultimate to play the clean-up role it was meant for. | ||

She can cast W and E while moving, iirc Q has a very short animation but apart from a slight pause you keep moving, and R has one animation. Better example would be Syndra who has an extremely short auto animation (Ori has a slight wind-up), can cast Q and both parts of W while moving and the most important spells (Q and E) are pretty much instant, contrary to Ori.
