Is it just me or has PL gotten even more toxic? See him qqing in chat every time I watch Dyrus' stream.

He's not really that bad, I don't think I'd report him.

PL is kinda toxic in game, but he's one of the only streamers that I respect. He actually treats it like a job, and entertains. Many streamers I see just play games.

Uhh what is ARAM matchmaking based on? I wanted to level my smurf up with mostly ARAM but it's taking me forever to find games (like 8-9+ minutes). I'm 37-4 in ARAM lol but it's not like its giving me good players and I have good "aram MMR". It just takes forever to find me some random sub level 30 people.

Have you checked the winrate of the people you're playing with? It's possible they've been winning a lot despite how bad they appear to you.
