Surprised they didn't go harder on Fizz (Unless there are more nerfs). I honestly think his Q shouldn't be on hit, he can literally miss his ult and still nearly 1 shot a squishy late game. | ||

Takes out some of the pain from running into him in the brush, but doesn't really affect his ability to burst down carries whenever he damn well feels like it. He needs some counterplay to Q in/hit once with W/E out, and this isn't providing that. | ||

That's kind of a big deal, even early game. ketara once again showering us with his insight into heroes he doesn't play you're like one of those idiots who look at a hero and think it's completely focused on a single aspect (in this case a level 2 all in) when theres so much more to it this change changes absolutely nothing in how batshit op fizz is | ||

The AP ratio on the passive isn't what's scary though, it's the missing health damage coupled with all the burst. And cheep, I really don't appreciate being insulted for no reason. Don't be a dick. | ||

You want to get a ton of IP for your RP so that you can use your earned IP for everything else. Keep in mind that IP is liquid so if you spend RP for a rune page or champ it means you have more IP for runes and everything else you want (provided that buying stuff doesn't make you want more stuff, huehue). Aren't skins the best RP purchases? Since being unbuyable with IP == having an infinite IP cost, it has the absolute best IP/RP ratio possible. And even if you only ever want to buy things that could give you some kind of in-game advantage, some skins do do that ... :D | ||

But it doesn't address the fact you only need 2 items on fizz to be relevant all the way to the 50 minute mark. | ||

the level 2 allin also isn't a particularly successful timing against opponents that are 1) not kassadin and 2) familiar with the matchup the net decrease in damage will be, at most, in the neighborhood of 100 damage per activation before lich, after which it becomes largely irrelevant. this could impact fizz appreciably in repeated exchanges, but that clearly isn't why he is picked | ||
