Would making cheap items, with very good stats, but that decay with minion kills (like a reverse BT) help. Say it takes 60 CS to the items to decay completely / to a very inefficient level. The first 15 CS could decay 10% of the items stats / actives, the next 15 CS an additional 20% and so on until 60CS completely decay the item to the final stat levels. The real benefit to these items is they give supports something worthwhile to buy, while making it hard for non-supports to capitalize (they would have a very small power spike that would go away if they got more minion kills) this is a bad idea because a) it reverses the main mechanic of this game: Lasthitting minions. Now its suddenly bad to do it. b) It creates artificial complicated rules. You only want to create as many rules as needed. And you dont want to create very spcific rules for very specific situations just to balance something. You are probably right, what I really like about the idea is just that it came at the problem, in a completly new direction. Maybe it will spur something that does work with the game. I would say, however, that your point a) is true of 4 of the 5 roles. Most of the time when a support has a high creep score, it is a bad thing. If your support has cs then maybe your team was doing something wrong but it's still preferable to letting the cs get eaten by a tower. You can't be in the optimal winning position in every game, otherwise you'd just buy mejai's/soto every game ("If you have more deaths than kills, that's a bad thing")

Csheep was being an asshole for no reason, I asked him to stop, he did more or less. Everybody knows he hates Fizz and enjoys talking about how OP Fizz is, he's not actually arguing from any sort of logical basis so trying to actually discuss it with him isn't very relevant. Should move on.

being an asshole does make posting more satisfying however, and posting may or may not be more entertaining for others to read

The item that decrease in cost efficiency with creeps still sound like a bad idea to me because it only removes option, doesn't create any.

Disagreeing with Ketara was fine, but why not say in which degree rather than just "stfu dumbass you're wrong Fizz still broken". Though there was that part where he called out Ketara for talking about a champ he doesn't play that made me curious. Does it mean CSheep's extensively played Fizz to know him despite all the hatred he has for the champ?

It's much like giving constructive criticism, and the most common mistake managers, esspecially new and untrained ones make, sadly it's not exclusive to this group. For example: If a employee under you at a call center forgets to repeat a number back to the client. And you say "hey retard, don't forget to repeat the number back, people need this shit to be right" most people will just here the word retard and be either hurt or mad and not focus on the actual issue which leads to a hightend chance of that person repeating the mistake. Conversely if you had said "hey man, you forgot to repeat the number back, If you repeat the number back we can eliminate a ton of mistakes" There is nothing for that person to get mad or sad about and they just hear what you have asked. Does it mean they will never make that mistake again, no but a far better chance. Not to mention the guy sitting beside won't say "don't worry about he's just a asshole" Like he may say in the first example which further devalues the message. It really doesn't take long for people to tune people out and see no value you in what they say "because they are just a dick" people do this to protect themselves from the hurt. Now you can say "thats there weakness", fine, but why not just deliver the message in a better way so it's not a issue? being an asshole does make posting more satisfying however, and posting may or may not be more entertaining for others to read You say this like it's a fact when it's a opinion. And my counter arguement to you that you find being a asshole to some one satisfying is, how do you feel when some one is a asshole to you? And then why do you enjoy making people feel like this? Esspecially people on the interent who you have nothing personal against. As for entertainment purposes, maybe for those who love pointless flame threads, with name calling and little actual debate could create there own thread, and this main thread could be for people wanting real discussion and info, with out the inet tough guy bs. you highlighted the bold part of my first line, and then ignored the bit where i explained what you just explained. being an asshole makes people angry which makes it less likely to see your points and more likely to derail and go nuts. I just said the same thing twice, this is getting like the off topic thread. being an asshole is generally satisfying because you get to say what you really want to say, people are opinionated and people who hate fizz want to express that even if its not objective. I said being an asshole was satisfying NOT that you should necessarily do it. I also said may or may not be more entertaining because it depends on the person people aren't "assholes" because they want to offend/anger the people they are arguing against (this is sometimes the case) however, this is a secondary effect. for example cheeps post never anger me at all. he gets to say what he wants and theres no negative effects. But with someone who gets offended the argument can turn into meaningless flame quickly
