Why not aatrox. long distance slow, knockup, and then you can use passive on ganks for tower diving fun. Probably just as bad but could be funny You can do a pretty awesome lvl 2 all in with Q and W on bot aatrox. Running ad marks, quints, and ignite you do a really surprising amount of damage. Open W and auto a few times to gain an xp advantage and make sure your proc is ready the moment you hit lvl 2. If you can still nail them when they're lvl 1 its pretty much a guaranteed first blood on their support. Q knockup->ignite->w proc->auto->flash->auto->W proc is even better than a demacian lvl 2 all in. Autoing the wave in bot as a melee at level 1? What's their duo doing, you should be at half life before you even hit 2. Also, nearly every ranged support pushes faster than you do at level 1. The whole "has range" thing. If you take W at level 1, there's ZERO pressure on them to not just harass you to 30% health before you hit 2 while also pushing. Just pick Leona if you want to do this. Her CC is more reliable, she's tankier on 0 items, and she doesn't become dead weight at 10+ minutes off a laning phase that was anything besides a blowout.
Ye, I'm not trying this in the LCS. I was merely giving a pointer for anyone who wanted to try aatrox support. It works perfectly well in Gold league. Also, 30% hp is perfectly fine since you have your revive passive.

If someone is raging in my game I just put them on ignore, suggest to the rest of my team to do the same, and pretend they aren't there.
Either we lose shortly thereafter and I saved myself 10 mins of being bitched at or the guy calms down and we make a comeback.

If you tell someone to afk after them raging and they dont they were never going to anyway.Other than calling a 12 year old`s bluff you dont accomplish anything.

So long as this Team Builder stuff doesnt impact Ranked Queues i dont care but the last thing i want is WoW's dungeon tool problems of 20min queues because no one wants to play a support.

I'd rather they fixed the current game/modes than introducing new stuff to go wrong.

play dps with friends so you can go crazy and mass pull if the tank complains tell him you could tank all of those minions if you were the tank (which you could, gg)
team builder seems a decent idea, but yeah, supports being rare is going to be a problem if its not implemented well.

They currently intend for it to be it's own queue, like draft normals is.
