Is W max on Jynx really the best? The slow and the damage are ridiculous but it feels so unreliable to me and the range increase on Q is really good too

It's great for bush control. Leonas and Blitzcranks and all those unsavory bush dwellers have to repeatedly dodge that 1500 nuke or just be absolute fodder/have to chug health pots all lane. Outside of that, what else would you max on her? Q? 20% AS per stack doesn't really WOW you, though 25 range for rockets is pretty nice, you're mostly sticking to minigun in lane at least to keep 3 stacks up. W seems like a clear winner.

you max q first. there is no reason for you not to and she has mana problems so you don't want to stress it by putting your levels in something that requires scaleing mana costs.

These are after they nerfed her total burst without charm, total burst with charm, made her passive heal less pretty much all the time, and reduced her interaction with Rylai's/Spellvamp/Gunblade
