It would have to be like: Increase Tumble bonus 50% + Half Condemns Mana cost and CD(lane / anti Zed option); or Double Silver Bolts % True damage + double final hour's free AD (anti-Shen option); or something in the middle.
AKA you would have to re-create release Vayne, except with shitty range. The champ would be super snowbally.
