He even had meteos jungling at one point. I really dislike people who jump ship at first sight. Ye complexity has rolled with the megazero/laut/pr0lly/chuuper/meyea squad for over half a year now and it clearly shows.

GGla just forfeited their match in NESL.

I have mixed feelings about it. I think new teams have a lot of potential, and occasionally have better teamwork and systems than the current LCS teams (c9 being an extreme example). Seeing them broken up sucks. That being said, having the talent pool consolidated at the top isn't such a bad thing. If the top 4-5 teams get stronger it means c9, TSM, etc get more practice against good teams and thus have a better chance in the international team. There's also no guarantee Quas makes it into the LCS, and it'd be disappointing to miss out on him because ggLA didn't qualify.

I think once the CokeZero Challenger Circuit, or whatever it is gets up an running this will be less of a problem. Right now people want the security of what they know and are trying to get what they think is a guaranteed spot in the LCS.

Is Lucian worth buying/learning?

It's obviously hard for new teams. Not only do they have to be skilled (often more skilled since they don't get guaranteed spots to events) but they also have to form a team and work together. Anyone who's done groupwork in school knows that can be hard.
This means the top players are safer though since they've already proven they can be stable enough to stay on a team. Except Regi. Regi is shit.

It's the culture. A lot of people don't know how to resolve differences or settle anything without completing replacing someone or disbanding the team. Otter is a great guy and I hope he makes it one day but what he's been doing has clearly not been working as he almost always had the best amateur players only to break up after a few weeks/months.
Also I guess I can reveal this now but the AD spot for C9 after wildturtle left came down to otter/sneaky. I think lemonnation said something like 50/50. I thought Otter was better but he didn't get it and had to create a new team right before ranked 5s qualifiers which didn't leave him enough time to grind for a spot.
Oh and nothinghere tried out too behind my back, but he's a rager and doesn't talk despite being a good AD.

I agree with this, but I really do think having an official circuit will force teams to be better about resolving issues without dropping people, as they won't be able to afford to do that mid season in a real circuit with some actual stability. I think the culture will change as a result of the new setup. Whether or not Otter specifically adjusts to this is up in the air.

Also slightly confused. I thought Probelter was finishing school this year? If that's the case LCS only starts again next year so why would school be an issue then.

The jury's still out.

Lucian can be pretty decent. He actually needs some practice to do well on though, and I'm not sure he's strong enough to warrant that, so there's that.
