I disagree with Riot's method of improving player experience by polling players on what to improve. In terms of UX, that's almost a perfect formula to achieve 0 useful information and run a high risk of making things worse. Generally you want to poll users to find out what they are doing, and then check if those actions are aligned with the original design principles. If not, then you come up with hypothesis as to why they aren't, and then run those against usage data.

I think it's just a way to make people feel like they getting input in and thus feel better. You don't even have to act on what anyone says, just claim you are then do some chance that achieves absolutely nothing that is in line with what you said. No one will be the wiser(See jungle S3). It's just a smoke screen.

And this, my friends, is why NA blows dick.
Oh yeah, better get excited about teams and personalities like "The Dignitas Throw", "SV missing Smite" and so on and so forth.

Isn't there bias in the first place on polling users based on what they're doing. Eg if users want replays but there is no replay system then there will be no action against a replay server.
A big problem with a lot of these polls is that I always forget what my biggest issues with LoL are. I don't have a list of them somewhere I can reference, so if someone gave me a poll, I'd need a lot of time to think about it.

Does anyone not get excited when Dig go for Baron? It's always spectacular.
How can pro players be this delusional? Do they really not see how much stronger S-Tier korean teams are than them? I will literally eat a sock on camera if an NA team takes more than 1 game off of a korean team
Why do the Browns talk like this when they are about to play the Broncos? It's just pump-up and hype, getting their fans pumped for the games and getting themselves in the right headspace to compete.
I really don't understand your opinion. The Koreans are better than NA, so NA should just roll over and die, accepting it's fate?

Would you say that Sej is about as strong as amumu or a lot weaker?
Honestly I think that Sej is stronger. Clear speed is about the same, maybe a bit in Amumu's favor but he also runs oom quicker. As for ganks, the Q's do about the same except Sejuani's Q is a lot easier to hit, plus you have a slow. (which you should max first btw) And Sej ult is basically a ranged Amumu ult.

Alright sweet, I'll grind out the last 1k IP and buy Sej then. Same runes and masteries I guess? Any recommended Sej guides?

Depending on what you want you can either go 9/21/0 (armor pen or magic pen is your choice, I personally pref magic pen but armor increases first clear speed) or 0/21/9. I run magic pen reds, armor yellows, mr/level blues and movespeed quints. Sometimes I also run AP quints. (I know, I know) Max R>E>W>Q. You can exchange Q and W. First few levels are personal preference, also depends on if you're ganking or not. I like W-Q-E-E-E-R Of course you can also visit the Sejuani thread.

"We have a really good chance this year...as NA." - Dyrus
So basically C9 has a chance and the rest of you have none.
EDIT: TSM probably should have gotten someone other than Dyrus to speak for this, he doesn't sound that comfortable.

I think Dyrus is just hinting that Regi's replacement after he retires is going to be TSM Sheets.
He had a few brainfreeze moments but that's just how Dyrus is. I think he was just trying to say they have a lot of data/charts on the teams, but couldn't find the right words. Was still pretty presentable and I think Dyrus is becoming the face of TSM while Regi does more background stuff.
And yeah mostly just a hype video #InSheetsWeTrust
