It depended what parameters you put on the situation For the most part it was a bunch of assumptions like OKAY you will only get two auto attacks, one q, and an e off, they will have 100 armor, etc. I still think BotRK is too core to delay, the later the game goes the harder it becomes to pick up items that cost over 1k gold without stagnating. Personal choice for me and even if the math is against me at level 6/11 I think overall for gameflow it's pretty much always better to finish BotRK before doing anything else. | ||

Yeah the math we did was pretty simple and easycakes. I can't speak to the efficiency of build flow, but mathwise, in terms of burst damage, the upgrade from Cutlass to BotRK doesn't give you much. It's 1800 gold to turn the active from 100 damage to 15% max HP, when for most champions burst combos just buying 1800 gold in AD would result in more damage. What you get from finishing the BotRK is utility and sustained damage, for burst damage Cutlass is a completely ridiculous OP item. | ||

That's right. @ticklishmusic: Armor is the most effective answer to bruta. If you're building flat pen to counter their armor you're doing it wrong. Last whisper is a better answer to stacked armor. And every point of armor isn't +1% EHP. Every point of armor increases your EHP by 1% of your HP. | ||
