I actually agree with the 'rework muramana' comment though. Tear, Muramana, and Seraph are all broken as fuck right now. For most Mana-based AD characters, tear alone is enough to turn you into a manaless champion, except for the part where, after totally ignoring your mana bar for 20 minutes, you are suddenly REWARDED for happening to have a blue bar on your character.
