I didn't do the math, it's from LoL Wiki. the lol wiki is way overvaluing because it's pricing it according to longswords and stuff. practically everything has nutty values vs cost by that method, plus movement speed valuation is I think trickier than direct combat stats.
the lol wiki method is one of the best solutions because it's so simple: base stats/gold.
You just have to compare the total gold value between similar items after that. for example trinity force gives you more stats/gold (without the sheen proc). But you can't directly say which item is generally more costeffective because you buy items for a specific champion. your champion has to overvalue the zephyr specific stats compared to the TF specific stats, which udyr for example certainly does not.
Talking about zephyr udyr: I fought one of these yesterday as pantheon. Yes he was annoying and yes he had scary push and gank timings, but apart from that he was just a fast glasscannon without burst. If you want to deal sustained damage as a melee you have to buy tank items. A smart player can abuse this build to some extend and win games with it, but it doesnt work if your opponent just outduels you and you cannot join teamfights because your a squishy autoattacker without a gapcloser

I've checked the option in the rooms multiple times but always seems to reset for me. Don't close the room before you log out or it'll disappear. As long as the window is open/minimized it'll be there when you log in.
They're not though.

Lol wiki method sucks because valuation relative to most expensive base items gives numbers that consistently hover around ±0 gold efficiency, which results in obvious usability benefits. Costing from long sword is like making a graph where the reader has to find labels for the axes in the back of the book, cut them out with scissors and paste them in.

Is there an item that relies more on its passives to be guild efficient than Liandry's?

At the top right of the chat room window is an options menu (the round spiky thing). Click on "autojoin on startup".

dunno what the fuss about zephyr cost effectiveness is when trinity is similar but has slow and trinity proc both of which ar insanely good

zephyr is a pretty shitty first item. It doesn't give a power spike like a cutlass/blade or a triforce(sheen+phage and then fully finished triforce). It's a shitty laning item, and a shitty teamfight item without other items to back it up. It's good as a 5/6 slot item, but there are other things to get first.

whats up with wickd playing only adc in soloQ ? did he say why is he doing this?

That's how you do it though, the numbers for gold-effiency on zephyr on the previous page is correct.

Lich Bane of course, (Ruby) sightstone(>_>), Guardian Angel, Last Whisper, all stacking items, Quicksilver Sash, Sunfire Cape, SotD, Void Staff are all rather inefficient without their passives, GA and the sightstones probably being the biggest offenders
Torment doesn't count the mpen I think so it's not that bad

She had a huge boom a couple months back, and has since fallen out of favour because people got used to her counterplay, and she's much less a threat (in lane at least) when you understand her limit's/damage/all-in potential/ult management

Hers and Zeds, her primary use (the last time she was popular) was to cancel Zed all-ins when it could reliably 100-0 anyone but farmed tanky dudes.

Torment doesn't count the mpen I think so it's not that bad Torment needs its passive badly to be efficient, because the MPen and HP are identical to haunting guise. If you don't need the passive, leave it as a haunting guise until 6 items, then drop the guise for a different item.
