As for the exp change on buffs, you can still hit lvl 2 from the big guys if you get 7.7% increased EXP....
+ Show Spoiler + that's 280 / 260 which is (experience required to hit lvl 2) / (experience big buffs given now)
interestingly the absorption ratio @ 280 nm / 260 nm is an important ratio for determining DNA and RNA purity :D
Utility Junger (AKA Nunu) (5%) + 2 Exp quints (4%)
Or just Zilean (8%)
Would do the trick.

Ahh. So this is really just a YOLOQ change. Honestly, to make pro games more fun, Fog of war should be toggled off for a few seconds at like 1:00 and 1:30. Hilarity ensues.

also did I get that right if I somehow manage to kill one of the small lizards, the enemy jungler won't hit lvl 2? champs like ahri or nid np...,

calling Kennen bandwagon is pretty unfair, making his ult cost no energy was a pretty massive buff. Previously if you had to E to get good positioning, and couldn't clip a champion before hitting R you could not follow up with W, now you can.
yet people continuously say that people didn't play him only because pros didn't. This happens (it will always happen with 115+ champions) but Kennen is a poor example.
also Frozen Heart is a super good item on cho as well, it's a really good item it's just not super useful vs popular picks (rare to have 2 or more auto attackers on the opposing team)

Kennen had above average auto range before (575 vs 550), so he absolutely murdered most melee champs and had an advantage over other ranged champs. As it is, he still has a 1k range poke and is still really strong.
Also, Vayne has 550 range? I thought she had less, dafuq.
Not sure how I feel about the Thresh change. I almost want to say it makes him stronger.

Not sure how I feel about the Thresh change. I almost want to say it makes him stronger. It seems short because she literally has no other ability that goes farther than 550. ADCs with the same range or shorter have at least one ability that extends past that range.

I don't remember who it was that said it but SIvir's entire kit is basically aimed at creating space for herself, and it's true if you really think about it.
Sivir's damage is fairly high, I honestly think of auto attack tops were good at all right now she would be a viable pick.
