if you have PD and Zerks at level 18 the attack speed difference is approximately a 1% dps drop, essentially enough that full build cait is more or less unchanged. a cait in the early game that gets fed will be a looooot weaker though and seeing as it is so easy to faceroll with her i think thats fair - she will still have a place in fast tower push strats at pro level but will probably cease to be a solo q pubstomp champ | ||

 First hero I bought. Not sure how much of a hit he'll take....is the attack speed buff useful? Do you build him the same way now? I dont really like him as an adc..The minimap thing, I've died a bit to accidentaly clicking on the minimap, but I use it a lot to get around too..so not sure if I'll turn off using minimap to move around. | ||
