Ignoring is a great option, assholes should still be banned. I think the point is not that we don't think ingame hatespeech is good, we just think that it is far more tolerable than other things that Riot basically turns a blind eye to. Its as if Major League Baseball flipped its policies and suspended players 50/100games/lifetime ban for non-PC speech and only gave $15,000 fines for using PEDs. One of the things infringes on the legitimacy of the games, while the other does not, the punishments should reflect that.

I think it's a little different when we are comparing professional athletes to people just picking up the game. I think IWD's 1 year ban was too harsh, but if someone is a dick in game and flames I have no issue with them getting a week ban or whatever.

The point is that nobody can really carry 1v5, you still need your teammates to execute at least basic commands. Not even a challenger-level player could carry a complete 1v5 in bronze. Don't know if anyone's been watching qt's bronze stream lately, but he summed it up pretty well. You need to be positive and encourage your team, saying things like "calm down we got this" or reminding people that winning is close if they just cooperate can work wonders.

Pretty sure even if your team is super derp they can win a 4v3 or 4v2. also refer to previous statement about being nice guy carrying. Or be gold 2 smurf.

My standard build atm is Ancient golem, Sorcerers boots, Rylais, Spirit, Sunfire and Liandries. Carries shit hard, i annihliate the squishies i jump on and still have like 4k hp. Tried to quote it from last page and broke my post. It was missed over the hatespeech discussion last page :3 I don't really like Rylai's on him because the build up is a little weird-- until you finish it, you've got about 1.2k sunk on 60 AP, which I feel isn't very good on him, and he already has a slow with his Q and two knockups. I like Randuin's a lot better. I usually tend to go more supporty builds out of the jungle-- I usually go like Golem - Mobo Boots, Kindlegem, which can then go into SV or Locket (I get both eventually). Been experimenting with Twin Shadows and Wraithstone a little too.

Hmm, i dunno, i dont feel 1.2k sink is uselss, you get the giants belt then blasting rod but i dont think you'd buy (shit i forgot the name of it) 435 book at that stage of the game, you're more likely to get rylai's straight up. The thing is the 80 AP, 500HP and slow means you can stick to people like glue and demolish them but your still tanky. Also the disruption in teamfights is awesome although the same effect as randuins if its a prolonged fight its more effective.

People think trying to carry 4 shitty players on their back is hard... well, trying to purposely lose without blatantly walking into towers is harder. You do ANYTHING other than stand still and do nothing, you might influence enough of the game to get a victory. You position yourself in kill range -> enemy laner zones himself from xp and cs. You react to any enemy movements -> enemy team dives you and kills themselves. You go into a lane and act like you're afk farming, without last hitting -> the enemy team splits up and gets caught. You literally do nothing in a team fight but stand still -> enemy team focuses you while getting wiped from your teammates. You run around jungle so that you're not in team fights -> enemy team still dies 5v4. Try to get into Bronze, go 6-4 in placements, get in Silver. FML. What I learned is that simply, as long as you have 4 teammates that can click their mouse and walk around the map, you can carry a Bronze game.

Zac is flexibile enough, just build to the game. Ah sorry, was jungle. At my level of play the supports always build aegis as first or second item so its redundant to buy lol. You tell them you want to build it and they spazz out "OMG BUT LOLKING TELLS ME TO BUILD DIS I DUNT KNO HOW TO BUILD NAOW" so i let em. ![]() I also dont see locket as very strong on the champions i play, i dont really like it on zac. I play heca alot (pony OP.) and locket on him is pretty redundant too as his 2nd item needs to be sheen into gauntlet (after boots + lizard, in fact i get the sheen before lizard but ye) Maokai on the other hand works wonders with both aegis and locket so i tend to always try build those on him, likewise with locket on xin. ALSO Im also seeing this rhythm to my jungling naow, i tend to do first clear + 1-2 ganks then back with roughly 750-900g and buy boots + stone/razor + wards. Is that a good thing to be doing?

I used to run jungle zac as more AP with spellvamp (even ran spellvamp quints) and recently switched to tank. Really Zac gets a lot out of skill points and does not really need AP to do damage. His W does the base % which mid to late game is enough at 8% a pop, his e does decent damage @ lvl 5, and you heal a lot of your passive blobs if you have a ton of HP.

Yes, in one situation you are depriving someone of their standard of living, in the other you are depriving them of a videogame (except for IWD). In any case, conduct should ALWAYS be punished more harshly than speech. Always.

http://www.twitch.tv/wellplayed Denial eSports(previously DoubleBuff) vs Team Summon(L0cust). Currently tied at 1-1 with TS winning the third game. Seems to be a best of 5. Yea, I thought the same thing, but that thread makes me think it might have been more involved than just the ISP.
