I assume you haven't been around long enough. Transfers have always been free in the first month(s) or so when they announce it. It helps everyone, and gives some incentive to actually switch servers. I believe if you are a beta member, transfers to EU are still possible to this day due to how awkward the initial transfers were. There were a lot of of EU people who disliked GOA in the initial transfers to EU, and declined. They are still free if you contact support That maintenance. | ||

And Banshee doesn't keep the Catalyst passive, also lame-o. I really like Banshee on Yorick though, it confuses me why other champs don't consider it an option for an HP+MR item. | ||

My normal first four items also has zero cdr which I think could also be a big mistake. (sorc boots, zhonyas, deathcap, guardian angel or abyssal) | ||

Coming back to lane after first buy with a Negatron is super intimidating. I typically build Sorcs + Abyssal/Zhonyas (order dependent on what I'm laning against) and then usually I have to decide if I want damage or if I need to be tankier. Diana's damage is really high and Zhonyas+Abyssal is a ton of AP so I often find myself building Frozen Heart as a third item (it's possible that Gauntlet could be decent but I've never built it on her). Deathcap is obviously the ideal choice if you want more damage. I was never a big fan of Nashors Diana but between the nerfs to Nashors and the nerfs to Diana passive I would agree that it's not an ideal item on her anymore. Once you get past three-four items I think your fifth item is largely preference though and really going Nashors, DFG, or even something like GA/Warmogs could be ideal as your last purchase but few games go on that long. I'm sure you could justify a Lich Bane on her as well. I don't think CDR is as vital on her as other mages since her CDs are fairly low and her R has a reset mechanic (but obviously CDR isn't bad on her). Core is definitely Zhonya/Abyssal/Dcap though and beyond that I think it's something that's really flexible depending on how the game is going and what kind of Diana play style you're going for. Diana is still so strong that there are probably three different, perfectly viable, ways to play her. | ||

Every champion played nowadays has an infinity range poke ability that instantly breaks the shield. Also, most tanky champs don't want veil because they don't need mana. Buy bulwark instead, its a stupidly strong item. | ||

You could cap CDR with just 1 other item (usually). Also, the kindlegem is basically never wasted, whereas unless you are Ryze a midgame catalyst (around the time you realize you need a dedicated MR item besides Aegis) is fairly meh. | ||

You take poke more than once every 25 seconds, the spell shield doesn't reset. The build up is awkward. Spirit Visage provides more MR, also gives health, and 20% CDR plus the passive, and it costs less. If you just care about tanky stats, Bulwark beats it too, not to mention the aura. Both SV and Bulwark have smoother build paths. Also if you're a bruiser eating one more spell isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, more often than not. 20% CDR or extra MR for your team is just a lot more valuable. | ||
