Q: You have advanced to the round of 8. How do you feel?
‘Bengi’: We have advanced to the round of 8 for the first time. We are very happy.
‘Piglet’: I thought that we would reach the round of 8 once we defeated CJ Blaze. Since it became true, I am very happy.
Q: It’s your first time as the MVP. How does it feel?
‘Bengi’ I think I received MVP because I did good (laughs). Joking aside, ‘Piglet’ and ‘Impact’ seemed to do even better. Zac is a new champion so that’s why I was able to catch everybody’s attention.
‘Piglet’: I did not think that I would be the MVP. When I got the MVP award I was really surprised. Faker is very popular, so I assumed that I didn’t stand a chance. It is amazing.
Q: You used the new champion Zac as soon as he was available. What are your thoughts on Zac in Korea?
‘Piglet’: He seems to be a cheater.
‘Bengi’: don’t say that (laughs). You should say that he’s bad.
‘Piglet’: Ah I see(laughs)? But I already said it, so it can’t be helped. It depends on who plays the champion
‘Bengi’: Zac seems to be really OP. First he has a strong and moveable CC, a slow, and percent damage. On top of that, he can clear the jungle fast by himself and his ultimate skill is especially good. because his CC decrease is high he can clear easily camps, after he dies he can revive which makes him good. There were no examples of Zac in tournament play but after discussion we were confident even if it seemed like a rash act.
Q: How did you feel about the Mordekaiser pick?
‘Piglet’: We already did this in a Scrim. This match was not hard (laughs). We just wanted to end the game quickly, Mordekaiser support seemed not to be good in this area. We could not snowball Mordekaiser support. Next time we won’t use it (laughs). Next time we will listen to our coach and only choose good picks.
‘Bengi’: Actually this was when we were sleepy (laughs).
‘Piglet’: In today’s game when we used Mordekaiser’s ultimate we had to kill the enemy otherwise the ghost would not come out. It was okay when we created this composition the first time, but this time we picked a poke comp where mordekaiser was unable to shine.
Q: KT A would they drop out of the round of 12 with today’s loss.
‘Piglet’: We knew about this fact but it’s a different pro team and we don’t look out for them. We heard today “the sound of bubbles exploding” (laughs). We are in a very good position. On top of that, we were facing one of the KT’s so we really didn’t want to lose.
Q: You qualified for the round of 8, will we see new champions in your next match?
‘Bengi’: No. it’s important to do it earnestly.
‘Piglet’: We were defeated on Sunday in the Asian tournament. This time we wanted to show a difference with our performance. It’ll be a revenge match. We will come very prepared.
‘Bengi’: That day we could not prepare much. We will prepare more in the future.
Q: Is there a team which you want to meet in the round of 8?
‘Piglet’: Anyone as long as it is not SKT T1.
‘Bengi’: I think so too. KT Rolster B seems to be the strongest Team. I think at the moment there are only strong team left. Regardless of wether we have the confidence to win, we will only think that we must win should we face them. Because we will drop out should we lose. (laughs)
Q: Do you have anything else to say?
‘Piglet’: To our coach, please endure the hardships (laughs). Please continue for a little longer. Thank you.
‘Bengi’: Please endure a little bit more (laughs)
‘Piglet’: Ah and I want to tell my parents that I love them. Everybody watches the interview.
‘Bengi’: I don’t think my parents will see the interview (laughs).
