Similarly Talon started with 10 mana regen. They also soon after had a fotm status... If nothing else, by removing the variables we start to see what items and openers make for good lane domination. | ||

Talon was a highly successful top laner at release because of how he could spam Rake despite his long-ish cooldowns and pretty average base stats for a champ in a bruiser/sustained dominated area. | ||
