If nothing else, by removing the variables we start to see what items and openers make for good lane domination. Talon was a highly successful top laner at release because of how he could spam Rake despite his long-ish cooldowns and pretty average base stats for a champ in a bruiser/sustained dominated area.
Exactly, Talon and Riven had their stats and kits nerfed before they became less popular.

What the fuck is wrong with the vods on twitch? it's literally impossible to watch these because it takes an eon for them to load and they randomly just jump in time so you have to reload, and wait again, only for it to fuck up once again. Why can't it be just half as smooth as azubu..

We want to know a bunch of things, but for starters:
Math behind AD reds vs. Apen reds on Quinn. It's prob obvious that Apen becomes better late game, but depending on target armor, is it also better early game?
Also which item gives more early game burst damage, Brutalizer or Bilgewater Cutlass.
