Strong in what way? The only currently seen jungler's who have damage that remains relevant the whole game are Xin(assuming you have a damage item like ghostblade), noct(if he gets an ungodly level of farm for a jungler to remain tanky with one or two damage items), and all the new ones who have % damage. Lategame a lot of the junglers rely a lot more on utility than damage.
Strong in that if the Chicago Bears were a LOL team, I would be comfortable having their jungler pick said champion during a playoff game.

You'd be surprised by Volibear and Nasus damage output then... a tanky Vi also has pretty good dps, but she can't reach that with a locket+aegis build though.

Actually could make tiamat really cheap by removing AD components. And then require bf sword as separate component to make hydra. Holy shit Riot; I think i just fixed single target junglers. Hire me plox.

Has the patch actually gone live? My games still say SOTAG give armor and manamune (or whatever its called) does magic damage.

Does anyone know why Riot hasn't released any official statements regarding the issue of handing out an additional qualification spots based on which region wins the All Stars tournament? Why would they open the votes if they plan to inform the ramifications of their votes after much of the player choice has been made? Are they going to reset the results if they do plan to go with their original choice? It seems very unfair on the players to have the spot for by the most important tournament of the year decided by the whims of the masses who aren't even being informed of their responsibilities. It would be almost Blizzard- esque how incompetent Riot ends up looking if they were to run this through.

I think it would be equally irresponsible to go out and inform people haphazardly--bear in mind that because there's no restriction on who's voting, you could potentially have people from other regions voting for "troll" teams in order to disrupt the vote if they know there's something on the line.

What way is that? Which of Nasus/Voilbear/Jarvan/Xin do you especially love watching?
I don't mean only those are viable I'm just saying that every jungler has to play according to those jungler's rules. 3v1 dives are still super strong, farming is not viable, counterjungling other than buffs is basically unheard of, etc.
SO you CAN pick Hecarim, Amumu, Malphite, or Udyr, but you give up something that you dont with those 4, while gaining little (except Hecarim, he is a beast, just the Meta is too Pre-6 focused for him). Remember when SaintV was talking about the new Jax jungle and Reds were talking about Fiddle and Warwick (heck I'm even ignoring how nerfs have taken out interesting junglers like Olaf, Cho, Vi, and Lee)?
Edit.
My point being there are less viable junglers than S2, because the only clear that is important right now is the first clear.

More often than not the enemy is usually found within. There's no way to argue the validity of anyone's picks because Riot has not released any statements, and choosing a player based on their merit becomes a matter of choice, not an obligation. Of course even if people are aware of the consequences of their votes they may do what they desire, however it is on them. If they sabotage other regions, it is on them. If they vote in ignorance, the blame should be on Riot. There are measures Riot can take to restrict voting from other regions, but they are either unwilling to do so, or are incompetent.

Found a small glitch, barbarian sion cant attack big minions sometimes. Like he just wont attack them unless you walk away and pull the big minion a little bit. Not sure if this is just for this skin, him or other (melee) champs.
I feel like jungle Sion has potential to be pretty strong. his clear is decent, and like Nasus, you can hard-farm his E in the jungle. The problem is he has no gapclose/cc, apart from his stun. I figure rushing maybe a madred into boots/vamp bilgewater might work though, need some more testing.
BORK/furor upgrade are pretty mandatory, I want to fit in a frozen mallet, madred's can definitely be sold off at some point. Also liking Mercurial and maybe Randuin's, the idea is to make yourself really tanky but also with a bunch of slows and stuff to compensate for your kit. If you can avoid getting hard CC"d, you're basically Mundo.
A big upside is that he can solo dragon at 6. in addition, him with madred's + ult can has potential for some really early barons, the heal on the entire team seems strong for that, kind of like the opposite of hec's W.

So basically it's -repick without the awkwardness of reduced starting gold.
Though TBH since ARAM is pretty casual anyway, they probably could have done reduced starting gold for repicks anyway.
I still think ARAM needs to use the whole champion pool by default rather than only rolling champs you have. ARAM smurfs are too imba the way it is now.

Still think Janna is top of Aram but no-one agrees with me. She has a 1-spell long-range insta-waveclear, a shield for the tower and a full team reset heal every minute or so. Who cares about the actual fighting, you are straight up immortal in a 1-lane situation.

Lux is wonderful for ARAM, AoE shield is crazy good along with perfect waveclear.
I wonder about ohmwrecker for ARAM ...
Btw I think that Twisted Fate is really good for ARAM but no one agrees with me
Oh and don't forget Yi, he's close to my #1 for ARAM
