i played him a couple times and i think the record is like 3-1 in my favor, though a couple times was him just doing stupid blind cheese. but basically i agree picking a random high diamond player as opposed to such a controversial guy might have been a better choice. unless gtr is a marketing genius and actually planned this all out to gain name recognition for his team... | ||

The upfront damage was nerfed but if they stand in the ult for the full duration it's a buff. So yes, if they are slowed in the AoE they will take more damage per tick and probably equal the old damage or be better than it. It's say it was a lane nerf but a team fight buff. | ||

It's jsut as good over the full duration, but it no longer will be doing like 700 damage initial burst, you need to keep people IN the aoe now. Solo, you can land a double harpoon if thier flash is down and that's probably enough, in teamfights it will serve either as a 'dont be here' or 'you can't get out while fighting effectively so you die' but no longer a 'lol there goes 70% of the ADC's health in one click!' Like you said - in combination with something to keep them in the aoe, it's ridiculous. | ||
