Henrik "Froggen" Hansen, the Mid player of Evil Geniuses, is the star of the 34th episode of my 'Grilled' interview series.
Some of the topics discussed: - How he experiences the mid lane match-up vs. Alex Ich (Gambit) and RapidStar (Frost) - Whether EG's playing style suits the current meta. - How often he thinks about his team's AZUBU Champions Summer final loss to Frost. - What it was like to spend time around former idol bigfatlp in CLG. - How Froggen came to play some ranked five matches with AZUBU Frost. - Who the best NA team will be one year from now.
The entire 41m55s interview can be watched at Team Acer.

really loved Doublelift and Alex's interviews ( watched several other sc2 grilled's as well)
this one is great as well, keep up the good work thorin

Wow very unique side of Froggen I didn't expect. For some reason I imagined him a LOT less humble than the public paints a picture of. He's actually very thoughtful in terms of what's up and realistic of expectations. I got to say I like Froggen a lot more since that interview when before I was pretty ambivalent towards him.

This looks neat, but I would prefer a written transcript. Happens a lot with interviews, there's only a video version and I'd rather read a transcript while I listen to something else.
|
Uh, audio refers to sound. I'd also like a transcript, although I'll probably turn my sound on to watch this, after I come back from class.
|
|
I dunno, I think a transcript would cheapen the personal feeling that Thorin gets out of those he interviews. The notes for when various topics come up are great, though.
+ Show Spoiler +Lol, froggen's "alien-invasion team" has a language barrier issue (Weixiao Madlife Maknoon Diamondprox Froggen)

Froggen = Baller, interview confirmed.

Whenever I see you post a grilled interview Im thinking "Oh, thats a player Id like to know more about". I hadnt checked out your full list until so many sick people - I guess I know what im doing the next weeks
I really like the format, questions and people but could you please (pretty please with sugar on top) stop saying "like, like, like" in every sentence. Its extremely frustrating to listen to and Ive noticed you do it in all/most interviews. It makes everything sound more unprofessional too.
Any way, keep up the good work!
Edit: I love your follow-up questions too. It expands on the current train of though and you feel you've dug a bit deeper into the interviewee's mind. Keep on doing that
