Or, in simple english: just put enough points in Q so that you can get the CD low enough to last hit shit with it. I dont know how many points it would take to be able to effectively use it in the jungle, but there is a good chance you may only need level 2-3 Q in order to max out your ability to farm with it. With just one rank in Q you're basically guaranteed two creeps at every camp. One at the very start (auto a week creep, follow up with Q), and then the big one at the end. That gets you 9 damage on Q per camp, or 27 per clear, which amounts to 75% of what you'd get for Qing every last creep. So if you're concerned about mid-game utility you can still get a crapton of Q stacks without maxing it first. Just don't mess up your Qs.

Also, it lets them make arbitrary changes to the rating system they use behind-the-scenes without messing with people's ratings. That means we might get something better than Elo for MRR-- especially since Valve has said that Elo/Trueskill isn't a good enough rating system for mobas! :D I lost my first 2 games in my promotion series and ended up winning 3-2. Losing the first 2 or just the first game didn't feel any better in my opinion. Infact being 0-2, 1-2 or 2-2 in the series felt much more stressful if you consider the fact that you'd have to go +2 games over again or something to get back to 100 league points. I could see why people like the best of series because they feel like its more fair due to the increased sample size of games but there are points in a promotion series where its much more stressful.

Out of all the NA big teams players, it's the most likeable I think, and the most deserving imo. Also, does Cop even exist in real life ? Never seen him stream/being interviewed.

And then ingame he explains everything he does and why he does it, mostly. People like that. And him crushing his lane quite often helps, too. ALSO, from what i can tell by watching his stream, he seems quite openminded and intelligent.

He does indeed exist he just doesn't do it as much because well he's the least popular personality in curse. At least from what I remember overhearing awhile ago. I've watched him he's kinda boring to watch to be honest.

Chaox+Xspecial(when he does stream) are decent, Rekkles streams a decent amount, and Krepo is a very informative support player. RobertxLee is decent as well. Liftx2 needs to stream moar. Chaox and Xspeshul ... I said good bot laners :-p Joke aside, there is basically only the team players, whereas there are more soio q stars in other lanes. RobertxLee is really my fav ADC right now but I have to check out rekkles. Also I don't think I'd like to watch dlift, he seems just not entertaining enough, I wanna see people go apeshit when they get pentas !

Just buy wards for your team, never gank, and then just farm all day. Come out of jungle at 30 minutes and go full raidboss.

Also random question that's been bugging me. Damage reduction abilities like Garen and Olaf's Ult. Are they applied before or after resistances?

Also granted, that's probably more than you'd get in lane if the enemy laner zones you out early on or the jungler comes to shut you down. I'm all for it.
